I have always had problems with selecting frames. I always make the process long and drawn out, sometimes lasting for weeks. I mentioned to Dana at Inspired by Rossland that I wanted to get frames sooner than later and she got right to work. Their store was appointment only and was adhering to the safety guidelines. Dana not only was very patient with me as I tried on frame after frame, but she also made an important suggestion to help relieve fatigue on my eyes. I'm excited to get my new stylish frames. Another wonderful experience ! The quality of service coupled with Dana’s knowledge as a licensed optometrist is simply unbeatable. My prescription is complex needing a number of different filters (I work in front of a 65” 36” and 32” monitors all less than 4 feet away). I walked in Rossland at 4;30 and literally walked out at 6pm with a new prescription from Dr Lee (who did it for me on the spot) and a new pair of glasses on order ! 7-10 days ! Highly recommended

Amazing staff and products. While you pay a bit more than ‘discount’ places you get top quality lenses and frames. On top of that they will support you throughout the ownership of your glasses with tune ups and are excellent supporting any warranty claims or issues. You don't know what you don't know, until you know! I went to adjust my glasses and mentioned that often when barbecuing in a hot day my glasses would be slipping off. I didn't know there were options at the time. That is when Inspired by Rossland Optical not only did exhaustive maintenance and adjustment on my pair of glasses, but they also put anti-slippery pads on my glasses. This little detail totally changed my relationship with my glasses, and at some degree with my bbq LOL ... Now I know about anti-slippery pads and couldn't be happier with the personal attention I get from the Inspired by Rossland Optical team!

A big Shout out to Dana Reedman of Inspired by Rossland Optical in Whitby for saving the day. My mom is in strict Isolation and she fell about 10 days ago and broke the frame on her glasses. I reached out to Dana asking for some help since my mom's old glasses are a different prescription and she's been having daily headaches. Dana was kind enough to go into her store today, I was the only one there at the time, she is staggering appts to only see 1 person at a time, masks, gloves and hand sanitizer are present on both sides, she's really just handling emergencies for people...mostly seniors like my mom. Pre-sales selection and service is excellent. Dana and her team do a great job of matching the frame to the client. In these trying times they are very detailed about cleaning perspective frames before you try them on and after so no worries there. After sales service takes it up a notch if that's possible. After humming and hawing over which frame to choose, I was disappointed and uncomfortable given the over all weight of the finished glasses. I was forewarned that this could be an issue with my prescription but really liked the frames I chose until I had to wear them. Dana worked very hard to find something that incorporated all she had learned about my tastes and found a significantly lighter frame from the catalogue of the same product line. There was a modest price adjustment equal to the incremental cost in the new frame choice, but that's fair. Bottom line over the years I have spent more on my glasses and not gotten the attention to detail, customer satisfaction or service that I have from Dana and the team at Inspired by Rossland Optical.
