The customer service is absolutely one of the poorest I have ever seen. As soon as we entered the store the first question we were asked was are you here for browsing or shopping... seriously?!!!!! And whole time we were in the shope staff just kept doing whatever they where doing. When we asked for help they even did not bother to take us to the right section and just pointed at different sections to go and choose whatever. So disappointing. Took our business elsewhere and bought our glasses for some other shope.

Absolutely horrible customer service. One of the arms of the eyeglasses broke two months after purchase. The manager would not replace it. My family and I spent over $2000 at Eyestar, they definitely lost a customer.

The $600+ dollar glasses that I bought from here is the worst glasses I have ever had, they slide down my nose, push on the sides of my head and overall uncomfortable frame when you wear it for full day. You don't notice these things upon trial because you put them on for 60 seconds maximum. I wanted to change the frame within one day of getting them and they told me that I had to pay an extra $359, I really regret buying from here, this will definitely be the last time I deal with this store.

I needed an adjustment for my glasses and that`s why I ended up going to this store. The other optical stores in the mall make excuses to do the adjustment for me. The optician was very nice and caring. She did fit my glasses precisely with no fee. They also have the best selection and a lot of variety.

Very disappointed with my purchase at this store. The glasses are very expensive and the lenses are very cheap. A hairline crack developed in my lens while cleaning them after only two months. The manager SiSi was not very helpful at all. A truly disappointing experience as I was initially quite happy with my glasses. I would never again pay Eyestar prices for designer glasses when I could pay a decent price for a brand name from my optometrist who would honor a warranty.

Eyestar was the only store near me that sold the Chanel glasses I wanted. Very fast, kind service from the woman behind the counter (I didn't catch her name or I'd mention it here), I got a discount on a pair of Chanel sunglasses I liked too. For sure coming back when I need my next pair!

Good selection of frames. Prescription eyeglasses were sent out to their lab. First impression was not great, but staff accommodated by sending back to lab to correct problems only after I complained to store manager. Overall satisfactory service, but I expected more for the price.

I Would Of give this a 0 star if I can I have been a customer here for the pass 6 years dealing with the old manager Bang and bringing in my family and ton of other referral . Coming in now it seems like they don’t want to help me . Customer Service is very poor comparing to before with Bang and Blair .

I should have checked their reviews before going there !!! I paid $800 for a pair of glass , wrong measurements , also they used very bad quality lens , confirmed by Nichon lens when I called them , cheaper one than the one I paid for , I had headache for 2 weeks before I took it back to my Optometrist , who gave a letter saying it was done wrong !!! and a letter from Nichon as well confirming the cheap quality lens , I took it back to them , they refused to give me my money , I will NEVER trust them to redo my glass after all , I left all my documents with the technician who said she has to talk to her manager , they never call for 3 weeks , when I called the manager was rude , did not have any idea about the problem , asked me for my optometrist phone number ( which she has in my prescription !!! ) refused to refund my money after she gave me a lecture !!! DO NOT GO THERE , they do not know what they are doing , they lie , poor customer service , I will keep fighting for my $800

The regional manager Sisi Chan is horrible, never get up to help us letting the staff to work even they were busy enough. Previous store manager were very helpful...but found out he no longer working there..I can see why. Don’t waste your time come to this place.

The district manager at this store named “CC” is absolutely an amazing girl to deal with. She goes out of her way to help others. Will definitely go back to this store to shop. The entire staff is also really humble and great to deal with.

Very bad customer service, didnt even try to say hi, think i dont have money for it maybe because i didnt dress as nice that day. I was recommended to come to this location because a friend of mine said come look for the manager name Bang, but found out no longer there. But i still give it a shot, think they will be good as expected. Dont need to waste anymore time here.
