I am extremely impressed at the customer service and the great atmosphere. Everyone is super friendly and very personable. I went in for an eye exam without an appointment and didn't wait more than 15 minutes before they squeezed me in. I went in on a Saturday to pick out my glasses and they were ready by Thursday morning! I will definitely be a repeat customer

This place offers the best service in the area. After a store in Belleville made a mistake, ordering the wrong contacts for mr, and then other stores wanted to do the same mistake, I gave up and went to Eyes n Optic in Trenton. They listened to the problems I had with the last contacts, something that Belleville stores forgot how to do, and both optometrists worked with me to find the perfect fit, always keeping touch to make sure everything is alright. I ended up ordering glasses from them as well, and will definitely shop there again.

Went in today for an eye test and decided to get 2 new pairs of glasses. Everyone was so kind and helpful and very on top of sanitizing and masked the entire time I was there which was great to see. A woman helped me pick out frames and had great recommendations! I had 2 insurance plans and the man that was helping me went out of his way to verify everything with the companies to make sure we got full use of my coverage before I paid out of pocket, even as it hit closing time for them. I’m super happy I chose to visit them.

Went to this location only for an eye test and prescription and made it known that I would not be buying frames here. However, while waiting for the prescription results, one of the staff members would not leave me alone, kept pressuring me to buy frames, and made me feel very uncomfortable and guilty. The optometrist was rude and impatient. Not a pleasant experience.

Worst place I ever entered. Wrong prescription scratched lens. Use my old frames still was 390 $ started June 5 still don’t have a pair of glasses now July 27 I would give them zero stars.

Ordered glasses on October 11, 2019. Was told at that time when I paid for them they would arrive in 10 days. Today is October 31, 2019. Contacted store for the second time now inquiring about my glasses. They told me the exact same lie they told me 1 week ago, and then tried to convince me it just happened today. Excuse me... I've heard that story already. Complete customer service and relationship failure. I will never use this place again.

I always visit this store when I have a new prescription. They get your new glasses to you quickly, if you have a problem they resolve it with no questions and no hard times. Always priced way better than the big chains and have the same designer frames. If they don't have the frames your looking for on display they'll order them! Love the staff! Thank you!

The eye doctor made me feel as if I was incompetent about my own situation. It seemed the doctor has apparently never heard of anisometropia (where one eye is nearsighted and the other is farsighted.) I was treated as if I knew nothing and rushed through the eye exam where I ended up with an inaccurate prescription. The other staff were very kind, so perhaps Eyes N Optics is a fine place to go if your prescription is more basic than mine. However I'll never go back and if anyone asked me I'd recommend them to seek their eye exams elsewhere.
