We’ve been loyal to this place buying many frames but recently we’ve been let down to the point of no longer wanting to return here. Ever. To put it simiply, they resold glasses that my mom had paid for because the owner was “tired of having old stock in her store” is what she was told when she contacted them wanting to pick them up. The question is why didn’t they just mail them to her? She was then informed that she would be called, but is yet to receive any sort of contact from them about this disaster. EXTREMELY disappointed. I don’t recommend you give this place your business, or take your frames and run because they will resell them if you don’t take them fast enough. If you’re looking for a more detailed explanation on this experience read below: She was contacted ONCE about picking them up, then she explained what was going on with her life at the moment and that she was unable to pick them. Luckily she was informed she didn’t have to worry about her glasses because they claimed they understood the complicated situation she was dealing with at the time and showed sympathy. Unfortunately that sympathy was fake because when she finally called to pick them up they were gone as per the owner saying she “was tired of having old stock in her store” So once again, please take your business elsewhere. This place isn’t worth it.

Worked with Jackie Fox to find a pair of glasses that she and my wife thought fit me the best. I often have difficulty leaving my comfort zone when it comes to fashion but Jackie and the staff were fantastic! A very comfortable and satisfying glasses purchase. I loved my experience at Women with Vision. As a first time glasses buyer, I was very overwhelmed with my choices. I had been to at least 5 other stores to find glasses, and couldn't find a pair that I really liked. I found an okay pair at another store, but when I went back (and later called them) their customer service was really poor (plus they didn't have the color I preferred). I called some other stores carrying the frames I thought I wanted, and most places told me I had to come in to see if they had the frames. When I called Women with Vision, they answered ALL my questions, and didn't rush through it! I ended up stopping at their store to simply see what selection they had (because they also didn't have the color I wanted). When I got there they greeted me, told me to take a seat and they'd be with me as soon as they were free (there were 3 couples in there being helped at the time). A few minutes later a lady with blue hair came over, said hi, introduced herself, and asked what I had in mind for frames. Once she confirmed what I said and made some suggestions, she zoomed away, pulling frames out of drawers behind the desk. Maybe 30 mins later, I was already committing to my very first pair of glasses! She was super helpful, and made choosing glasses a breeze because I didn't have to find the right size, shape, or color - she did it all for me! I highly recommend going to Women with Vision, especially if it's for your first pair.

This place is fantastic. It's the only doctor's visit in recent memory where I didn't feel rushed; I had adequate time to feel like my concerns with my eye health were heard and I got the information I needed and appropriate recommendations. The optician staff were all amazing as well; super helpful in picking out new frames and being aware of my budget restrictions. So happy I've switched here!

I gave this shop a try. They also offer eyeglass frame for men but they have limited selection of frames for men. They don't carry popular brands but they have nice design brands that I do not know. Service is good but limited selection and the price I found pricey.

My wife and I recently purchased our sixth pair of glasses from WWV (so twelve combined) and I thought it might be time for a review. This store is so much more than "friendly staff with great selection". Yesterday, Gabby spent a significant amount of time helping the two of us, making sure we found our ideal pair. She (like all the staff there) took into consideration what we were looking for, but also pushed us to try different styles. We have come to trust WWV's taste and are often asked "where'd you get those?" by strangers and friends alike, even long after the glasses are new. Wearing glasses can be an exciting opportunity for expression and WWV helps make that happen. If you like to look through every pair on the wall (which you can't here) or would rather buy three cheaper pairs online, this may not be the experience for you. We, however, will definitely be back again and as regular glasses wearers, consider this store the best in Edmonton.

Women with Vision is a great place to find glasses and sunglasses - all of my frames are from here and I never fail to get compliments on them. Both of my parents have worn glasses for decades and they each bought a pair of frames and prescription sunglasses from here. They still comment on how the lenses are the best they have ever had! My dad did something to one of his lenses and they fixed it for him without an issue the next time he was in town. The staff are knowledgeable and so helpful, the shop itself is beautiful and trendy too!
