We had an excellent experience working with the team here. We needed 2 sets of eyeglasses and the lady who walked us through the process had 10/10 service. From getting our exams to picking up our new glasses, the service was amazing. Highly recommend.

I am beyond happy with the service I received! I even referred my brother right away to this location due to their excellent hours, exceptional service, and quality products. This will be my new go-to optic shop and I'll be back within the next month for my son's check-up, as well :) 5 stars isn't enough for how great this place is!

I need glasses with coloured tint and I need prescription in a large frame. Some places say my glasses can't be made, but these folks get 'em done. I first found this shop years ago and it has been my go-to shop, ever since.

Only took a week to get my glasses done but the staff was rude and not friendly. One of them walked by, without looking at me and continued to walk and said "come with me". Who are you talking to? Apparently, it was me. The only person who addressed me by my name was the optometrist, no other staff addressed me by my name. They were not keen on me using my OWN frames that I have had before. They kept on telling me "it will cost me extra" and "it will cost me money". "It's better to buy a new set of frames".

Just went to go get new eye glasses at this place since I lost my old pair and I'm so in shock at their lack of customer service. I was throughly disappointed and really sad that I decided to choose this place over my regular optometry office. The staff were on their phones, sitting around, were not attentive, and did not even care to help me with picking out my glasses. The staff vaugely pointed at the women's section and no one spoke a WORD to me until I returned to the counter with the frames I picked out. I'm used to a sales rep helping me one on one, showing great product knowledge, going through the stores eyeglasses collection with me, and making recommendations of frames, color, patten, sizes, brands, everything. I was very taken aback when no one even talked to me. Because of how informative and helpful my old optometry office was, I knew exactly what would work for my face so I used my knowledge. I found a nice pair of frames, and for a good price as well so that was nice. In this day and age, your level of customer service defines your business more than product does. Today, having an excellent product is standard, your business will never see the light of day without it, but what will bring you to the forefront is customer interaction & appreciation, they need to work on that. I never looked up the google reviews before I went, I probably would've chosen not to go. No wonder the place was so empty and they took me on 1 hours notice...

The time the took to get my glasses done was only a week. The staff wasn't particularly friendly, nor rude, just not very friendly. When I received my glasses the arms to the frames were bent and they didn't seem particular happy that i asked for them to be fixed nor did they take the time to properly fit the glasses to my face. The glasses have started to make me feel so dizzy I cannot even wear them. Either its a fit problem or the prescription was messed up (I saw their optometrists for a more recent prescription), I will be going to a different glasses store to see if the problem can get fixed. And they speak a different language to one another which i find extremely unprofessional.

Needed new frames for some prescription sunglasses I purchased there less than 3 years ago. Apparently the frames are discontinued. She suggested I buy a new complete set. Really??? Then she suggested a repair place downtown... I asked where it was and was told I should look it up... While she sits in front of a computer... Wow! Worst service ever. Never going back and do not recommend anyone go here.

I got and referee over people, and I’ve experienced Bad customer service, fake warranty , and unprofessional work ethics. They blame the customers always for not doing anything for the customers. Bad material quality I don’t recommend it for anything

My family has been going to The Optical Shop for probably two decades. We always ask for Ed. Thanks for many years of great service! If you're looking for high end designer frames, this is the place to go. So many choices and Ed will help you find the one that's right for your face and also prescription. With my high index lenses, not all frames work for me. You'll also have a lot of fun if you're looking for sunglasses - so many colorful tints to choose from!
