The frames are trendy and unique and they have an amazing selection. The fact that they stock lenses at far below the price you would pay any place else is another bonus- they usually have our glasses ready in under 20 minutes. it was few years ago maybe 4-5 year. there was hidden fee but it was not explained prior to bill. Owner has two faces. was very kind and well explained but totally different person after purchased. no respectful because I look younger than you?? Owner should remember what comes around goes around. think price is not right, some frames are imported from Korea then they are very outdated.

And it was really touching that the owner really cared about the process of making glasses. I really like my glasses right now. The price is reasonable and the service is good. I recommend this place for your eyes.

Great service! From the moment I walked in and explained what I was looking for, Joseph was able to pull a variety of frames for me to try on (from their vast selection) to fit my criteria!! I was able to purchase 2 frames that I love and fit my face correctly for the first time in 40 years! Joseph was professional and efficient! I looked for a new pair of glasses at so many places (so many) until I found a perfect unique fun pair here. Actually two! The experience was really great the service excellent. I had an eye test and frames within a few hours. That was three years ago. Today went in because I had knocked a nose piece off and was hoping it could be fixed. I was warmly greeted immediately. Less than 10min, glasses were fixed cleaned and screws tightened. A complete tune up Lol. Thank you very much!!!! This location is super friendly, nicely decorated with a warm peaceful atmosphere, selection is fantastic and prices great. I definitely recommend.

I've had my last 4 pairs of glasses from Lens Factory and they have been absolutely wonderful. They strive to ensure that the prescription is just what you need to see properly and that the fit of your new glasses is comfortable and secure. Great service, walked in with sunglass frames and my prescription and they quickly processed my information, took down my cell number and texted me after a couple of days when they had the lenses ready. Loved the convenience (and lower priced than everywhere else I checked)

Great place for trendy frames and the prices are reasonable. The customer service i received from Joseph was excellent and i was not rushed and tried on numerous pairs of frames. He also got my order rushed through as i was about go away on business, as i had broken my original glasses. I for one will be returning and will highly recommend this store to family, friends and co-workers.

**** A T T E N T I O N ***** Our family has NEVER experienced a POOR & RUDE & TERRIBLE service at eyeglass store like this LENS FACTORY store. When we visited, a male oriental guy with wearing a glass was there and we don't know that the guy is owner or employee. If the guy is a owner person, he as an owner guy is NEVER qualified to serve a customer satisfaction to the client. The guy FIRST should learn the meaning of "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & LANGUAGE SKILL" to communicate with a client BEFORE he wants to earn the money at the store. We strongly recommend that there are lots of eyeglass store in Calgary operated by a gentle owner who has a best manner & fluent English skill with a mind of Customer Satisfaction...

Great service! The owner and the staff that work there were super nice and friendly from start to finish. Super reasonable prices, quick service, and they even changed the nose pads on my glasses for free when I needed new lenses. The price was less than half the price I was quoted at another store. Will definitely be back!
