Was looking for a place to get it eye exam immediately. Everywhere else was telling me 4 to 5 weeks I called up and both locations had appointments ready when the doctor was in. Sometimes eye exams can be uncomfortable, but NOT with Dr Eric He kept it light cool and uplifting and It was just an easy and fun experience. It’s been a while since I wrote a review for any company but looking back thinking about the glasses that I really want, It compelled me to spread the good word. And To also give them kudos the ladies in the front were very helpful and gave a direct opinion and also went through almost every frame to make sure I found one that was perfect for me I really appreciate the assistance and help and just wanted to shout to the world to give this place a chance I promise you you guys won’t go wrong That’s all folks!

Uniquely able to create an almost limitless number of choices for lens shape and able to mock them up for you so you can see what they will look like. Only place in town for Lindberg glasses (good if you need long temple pieces). Pricey but worth it for the excellent selection and results.

Hi, I just want to tell you how pleased I am with the service and follow up one receives in this store. I am from Norway, lived in Calgary between 2008 and 2011. We bought several glasses and lenses from Eye Candy, there were never an issue, everything were delivered as expected. But what really amazed me is the follow up I received for my last purchased glasses (May 2011). We moved back to Norway on July 2011, after that I noticed some of the rein stones were fallen off from my glasses. I called the store they advised me to send the glasses and they will repair it and send back to me. I have done so last May. After couple months of waiting called the store to check what happened. The answer was the producer had stopped producing these glasses so they could not get a spare part, they tried to place the rein stones but did not worked well, so FINALLY THEY MANAGED TO BUY ONE VIA eBay and they were waiting to receive it. So today I got back my brand new glasses with brand new lenses (since they were scratched they changed them too) without any extra charge. I CAN ONLY CALL THIS "SERVICE TO DELIGHT CUSTOMERS!" Thank you Eye Candy.

The place was super clean. They have candy all through the store which is cool and have drinks to offer. The doctor was nice. He explained everything to me. The two ladies that helped me were very nice. I wish I remembered their names. If your prescription is stocked you can get it in a hour but I got mine in 15 minutes. The prices are great! You can get expensive or very affordable. They have name brand too if you are into that. They have a huge selection. It was a an amazing experience. Can't wait to go back to get different frames.

Staff took their time showing me a dozen or two frame options. Glasses arrived far ahead of schedule (made on site). Anton & staff made sure the glasses fit correctly and adjusted them as needed. The space is nice, the staff is personable and I don't think they'd sell you something that doesn't look good or fit correctly. I like buying local as opposed to national chains / brands, as it strengthens the local economy.

I drove over from Pennsylvania in search of some new frames. I found a pair by Theo that I loved and was ready to purchase. The young man seemed very uninterested in helping me. When I asked about my insurance, he gave me a general idea of what it 'could' cost based on general plans, but there was no way to know for sure. He didn't offer to follow up on this Monday, just said I might want to give them a call sometime. I also noticed that sale prices on frames are not honored if any type of insurance is used, which seems a little ridiculous when you are talking about frames that are upwards of $700. The selection is great, but the staff was not helpful and had a very snotty demeanor. I will definately be purchasing these frames, but will do so them elsewhere.

Once you try Eye Candy Optical, you'll never go anywhere else! Unique, flashy or simply elegant glasses, whatever you prefer. And such high quality. The comfort and function of the glasses are outstanding. Their stylists give honest feedback and such great suggestions for new styles to try. I love visiting just to check out the new frame selection every once in a while! Great lenses too. I have two types of progressive lenses and love them both for different things. The computer lenses are so wonderful for all day long, work-from-home video calls. No more tilting my head back to see the top of the screen out of the bottom of my glasses, with a bunch of people looking at me!

I really needed a new and updated set of glasses, and all the frames in style right now are pretty large. I have a small face so I often look a little overwhelmed by larger frames. Had such a great experience shopping at Eye Candy for my new glasses! They were amazing and very patient and I was there awhile trying to decide! The shop is beautiful and they have such a great selection! Branka helped me out and was she wonderful, but everyone really was there to help me! Been to both the Westlake and Beachwood (Pinecrest) locations - highly recommend both - Such a treat to go in for glasses! (Have hard to find “petite” frames too!) They love helping you find your perfect look..they do not rush you... have so many styles to choose from (have frames to suit any taste.) The lenses are made with quality and attention to detail resulting in noticeably better vision...Can’t wait to schedule a future exam here in the future... another family member will be calling to schedule their appointment soon. Will definitely refer others - truly a unique experience!!????

The whole experience was amazing. I got an eye exam..The doctor(John) was prompt, professional, and super informative. After the exam I started picking out frames. I tried on sooo many and Marina even helped and picked out frames as well. I’m indecisive so I appreciated her patience. I settled on two frames and I was able to get the lenses and frames SAME DAY (1hr wait). I typically have to wait a week so this was amazing. It was a bit expensive but for the service, cleanliness, professionalism, convenience, and the chocolate bar in my bag at the end, it was well worth it. :)

Wow, not your average optical store, the experience is amazing! The staff and the doctor are very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help you find the best glasses that fit you. They offered coffee and other drinks as we tried on different frames. The selection is unbeatable; from well know luxury brands to one of a kind boutique brands, they have it all. They even give you chocolate, how sweet is that?! I'll definitely be back.

This place is hands down THE BEST! I have a heart shaped face that is very wide at my eyes. Most eyewear locations have NOTHING for me, or if they do, it’s a plain men’s frame or otherwise unflattering. This place had several options for me, all super stylish and feminine. And they had several options for someone at the opposite end with a very narrow face. I love this place and tell everyone about it. My husband and best friend also purchased their frames here. The staff are also great, warm personalities and fun to be around.
