I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!! Customer service is so bad. They lied about the price of the glasses over the phone so we drove all the way from SE just to get a better price only to find it DOUBLED!! There is NO system in place on the timeline of when you will get your glasses back. They told me my glasses would be ready in 10 days. They are so disorganized and everytime we called to ask when our glasses would be ready after 10 days had past they always have a new excuse over the phone. It’s been over 15 days now and still no glasses!!! BEWARE....

Use to go to Choice Optical all the time for contacts and glasses... but the last time I went I called in advanced to tell them I needed a contact fitting, said I was in a big rush so if they're busy I'll reschedule for another day. The girl on the phone said it would be no problem and that it wasn't busy I could come ar 4pm and they will see me right away. When I went there I waited over 15 mins until the sale associated came out. When I told her I was here for my fitting she advised me one other girl was ahead of me. Then she left again..by now there are several other customers in the store that havent been helped at all. When she came back another girl came out too, I told the one that was helping me that while I waited if she could fit my glasses for me. When she did she actually ended up ruining my glasses completely by bending them far too much and left her dirty finger prints all over the lense (you would think she knows how to handle glasses if she works in a optical store) AND if that's not enough when she passed me the glasses back to try on, the arm of the glasses burnt my ear!! I ended up waiting 45 min to get a fitting and was late for my prior engagment. THEY DO NOT KNOW A THING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Spare yourself the $100 you'll save and go to a place that knows how to treat customers!

Terrible Customer Services.I ordered the glasses for my wife.The frame didn't fit properly.It took them ;long time to understand that.They told me to call after 3 days so they will confirm with there manager if they can change it.I paid 750$ for glasses and they were not sure if they can change.I called two times they called and said they can change it and this is the last time they will do it as if they were doing a favor. Terrible Customer Services.Long Delays for delivery.I will never recommend to any of my friends and family.

Great experience overall, soon as I walked in I was tended too and helped. The girls were very thoughtful with catering to my needs. The store was kept in mint condition and I could not find any dust lingering around the racks of glasses. I don't usually go often to get new glasses but when I do I can trust choice optical to provide good service.

As someone who's been wearing glasses my whole life, I have gone through my fair share of frames. I broke the pair I just got 6 months ago and was in need of a new frame. I was recommended by a friend to check out choice optical. The experience was absolutely delightful from the moment I walked through the door. The staff was really friendly, professional and very helpful! It was Gurjeet that made my experience exceptional, she helped me pick out the frame that best suited me and was very patient throughout. Even after getting my glasses she ensured they fit perfectly, made adjustments until it was just right. She's really kind and helpful I highly recommend this place if you're looking for glasses, lens or even prescription sunglasses! Good price and great customer service

Terrible customer service. They are advertising a free eye exam with the purchase of a pair of glasses but then they increase the price double fold to cover-up. They say they price match but don't. Went there a couple times and was told to get back a call next day, nothing for few days; tried calling them but they don't know how to pick up the phone and answer. Do yourself a favor by avoiding this place.

First of all the receptionists there never picks up the phone! When you finally get a hold of them after countless tries they other mess up your order or they tell you false information. Their shipment is always late and the customer service the receptionists give you is so unprofessional!! I have been a customer for over 5 years and i have given them way too many chances and each time i did it just got worst and worst. The "free" eye testing is not worth it for the shitty customer service you get in return! save your time and money and go somewhere else.

These guys don’t follow COVID protocol. They don’t separate the dirty pens from clean ones, the testing machines were not wiped before my moms exam! The lady that was doing the exam was coughing so bad she had to leave the room to cough in another room. Seriously!! On top of that they have no warranty on there frames or lenses. She wanted just the lens changed and lady said that if the frame breaks while changing the lens that she is liable!! Really!! She went somewhere else and they gave her 2 years warranty on both, even if she scratches the lens!! Worst customer service ever. DO NOT recommend!!

If by luck someone does pick up...they would not listen to your concern properly. Most times the person on the phone is speaking in another language to somebody else. If you need to speak urgently please put the phone on hold. Lacks the professionalism on every level. Further Gurjit is passionate about offering best- in- class service to customer all with a smile You have a good shop and an able team which I can recommend to my team As a director of Continuous improvement, I suggest you provide a few more chairs to customers as I have to stand for a long time due few chairs provided are filled in. They actually deserve —5 stars. Very poor service, they will lie to you at every step. I wonder if there is anyone at choice optical that doesn’t lie. First they lied to us about the price of glasses on phone, when we went there price was double. After that they lied to us about the time it will take to make the glasses. We were promised 10 days and on the 18th day we had to cancel the order. After that they again lied to us about our group benefits money. Told us it will go back to our group benefits plan in 24 hours and later told us it will take 15 business days. I mean be honest atleast once. The girls at front are super rude and when you call them no one takes responsibility for their actions. Its better to pay a little extra to other reputed companies and get a great service.

I took my mom to get new glasses we told the lady in front desk what kind of lense we wanted she said she understood. 2 weeks later we went to pick up glasses and she didn’t even order the right lense for the glasses. Had to make another trip to get fitted for the correct glasses we wanted also had to pay more. I would not recommend them as the service was not good.

They do not apply insurance unless asked. They make you wait on the phone for up to 30 minutes. They deliver their contacts and glasses several weeks later. Overall, their employees always have an attitude.

If I had a chance to give it 0/5 I would! When I went in I had to wait for a long time before I decided to get up and confront them myself. The front women are trained to do as the doctors say! So be very aware. The doctor was very lazy when taking my eye exam and told me that colored contacts would cost me $180.00 for one pack!! Their $54.99 at Walmart! I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

The reception ladies don't have manners to talk with customers. At the time of the selling the product they convince you to give a favourable discount later on they back off from their sale. Same if you have to buy a stuff which is not on the shelf or limited they do the same false promises. THE ARE EXPENSIVE THAN LENSES CRAFTERS. Choice optical is a very bad place to get your glasses, it’s very funny because the owners have their own family members comment on these reviews. The customer service was absolutely terrible, there are 3 recepionists and 1 eye doctor... I was supposed to get contacts from here but the doctor did not even know that I was in the room when the reception placed me there. Very bad place to get a check up, or to get new frames, etc. Do not recommend this place for anyone and hope they get bought out by a better company who strives on letting there customers leave happily rather then angry about the poor service choice optical gives. Very angry about the poor service I received from choice optical!!

Been waiting over a month for new glasses. When I call, they tell me the frames didn't come in, so they will put them in a different coloured frame for the time being, but when I called back a few days later, they said the same thing again!?! My sister did not have a good experience with Choice Optical. She was given trials that did not match her prescription and when she ordered her actual contacts the brand and prescription were different from the trials. My sister called the clinic and did not get a positive response to her issue. Customer service is really poor and similar issues have occurred when I used to go there, as well as my dad. We recently switched to EyeCU Optometry and have been really happy with the service there.

Very bad customer service Saturday 10 Nov 2018 around 2-4 pm I called them girl put me on hold for 15 mins and the. Cut the call. Later I called again again it was on hold for 15 mins. I called after an hour she picked up and wrote my number and promised to call back in 10 mins. But no call from anyone for next one hour. Again I called them she again put me on hold and then i told her sorry mam i am holding from last hour i cant hold. My question is why hire a receptionist who cut the call saying sorry we are busy . I mean what the hell wht else you guys are supposed to do. ??????? Also thats the same girl my sister had problems in the past as she is super rude . ????

Wonderful place, amazing, kind and hard working people there there as well. Especially Ms.Renu she was very generous and made sure everyone got the glasses they wanted and in great condition too. It was a delight being there. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
