If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Found out about this place from outdoors banners and decided to check them out. Very professional staff, the guy that was helping me was able to choose the frames that all fitted my face perfectly and looked great! It was such a help! They are very fast to get your glasses ready and have great discounts too! Will definitely recommend to my friends and will come back to them next time I am looking for new glasses for myself!

Amazing !! I have been to several opticals in the city and this place beats all others by a landslide ! Love the atmosphere and employees are all there to help you and they are genuinely interested in what is best for you ! Optometrist Dr Eric took his time do eye exam on me and he answered all the questions i had. He checked pressure and complete health of my eye. Everything went well. Best experience I've ever had. Never going anywhere else! Owner is very nice and will you BEST deal in town!!

This place made my day ???????????????? I called yesterday morning Sep 09/2020and made an eye appointment, they booked me in for 4pm for sep10and I couldn't have asked for better service if I wanted to.....they went above and beyond. I drive for a living so I was just about crushed when they weren't able to have my glasses ready for tomorrow before work but low and behold they did everything they could and searched till they found what they were looking for.......I had my eye exam @ 4pm and just before 6pm I had one of my 2 new pairs of glasses on. Absolutely fantastic fantastic service from them all especially Mr Amandeep and Mr Lovepreet who went above and beyond to make this happen ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

There was a lot of complexity due to my old glasses being wonky, and he worked with me to fix the issues and didn't charge me (even though they were not on him!) I had run out of contact lenses, and usually order online, but I needed new lenses asap... I went in, and not only did the wonderful Dr give me a trial pair so I could see again, he also matched the price I typically pay online, and gave me a full week free sample as well as solution when I came in to pick up the lenses. I have been to only one optometrist clinic since I was a child, and travel to the other side of the city for appointments when needed, I will be coming here from now on. 5 stars for sure! Wonderful service and highly recommended.

The people were very friendly and helpful. I broke my frame. So they found a similar frame and solved my problem for less than $170 when most of the places I went asked for $800 just for a frame and putting my lenses in it. The 2nd time I went for my mother's lenses they didn't charge her $30 or $50 for using her old frame. Costco and all other optometrists charge. I strongly recommend. I am from Fort McMurray but when I come to Edmonton I only come here only because I save money and get great service.

Having recently moved to Edmonton, this was the closest optometrist spot for me. When i walked in and asked to seen by a doctor, there no doctor on staff. They told me to come in on a different day and time. What medical office does not have doctors on staff all the time, this was very unusual to me. I will go some where else, where there are actual doctors available to see me on my time.
