Great selection and prices plus incredible customer service. I have been Bijan's customer for more than 5 years and I have even purchased multiple contact lenses and two pairs of glassess after I moved to Toronto because of their amazing customer service. I have searched a couple of other eye glasses stores but always found best options and best prices at Bijan.

Avoid their no-name glasses at all costs. I purchased one of their no-name glasses (~$300) and had it fall apart three times. The first time (see image 1), the plastic end-piece/hinge broke, and had to replace the entire frame for $70. After the frame replacement, the screw holding the frame wiggled out on two separate occasions (see image 2). I have been wearing glasses all my life, from brands such as Lacoste, Luxotica, Seraphin and never have I experienced even a slight malfunction with these brands. I am convinced that Bijan Optical's no-name glasses (I believe they are supplied by Jenny Optical) are low in quality and a rather poor investment since you may have to repair them numerous times.

e staff is good but the doctor rush the process and she does nt listen your concern she gave me more powerful prescription and when i went back she try to bossy and ask fees for another check up she gave me sttygmitism prescription which was not in my eye because of that my eye changed the shape and i feel headach nausea dizziness they wasted my 6 weeks in whole process in this i check up my eyes 2 times and i made my galsses 2 times she is very arogant and bossy.
