I went by last week looking to get a new pair of glasses. I was shocked at the great deal I could get on 2 pairs and was able to get my eye exam quickly and easily to make sure the new pairs were with my most updated prescription. The staff were very welcoming and din't mind that I tried on almost every pair in the store. Finally I found my perfect pairs and I am very excited to have them delivered!

I had recently broken my glasses and was looking for a new pair when my brother and I came upon this store. Jake was immediately helpful showing me their wonderful array of choices. I got to try quite a few on and have to say— they are all super comfortable and light. With the help of all of the employees I quickly found a pair I really liked. The atmosphere at the store was very nice and the prices are awesome. Conclusion— definitely recommend this place for some nice, well priced, comfortable glasses.

I bought a new pair of glasses from here and the staff were incredibly attentive! I received my glasses sooner than expected (which I was thrilled about) and when I went in to pick them up they made sure to have me try them on to see if any adjustments needed to be made and to make sure I was happy. First time there and it was a great experience : )

Dr. Mansoor was exceptional during my eye exam and made sure to make me feel comfortable. She answered all my questions thoroughly. She provided the best eye exam I've had in many years. I have been able to see much more clearly now that she has provided me with an accurate prescription. I would recommend anyone looking to get a comprehensive eye exam to go see Dr. Mansoor.

I've been a fan of Oscar Wylee for years since living in Australia. I'm so happy they've made their way over to Canada. The staff are friendly, polite and courteous. In fact Tal was the one that picked out the frames I ultimately purchased and she's super friendly and patient. Jake did a wonderful job making adjustments to the frames and made sure everything was fitting nicely. They explained the process very well and I wasn't worried about a thing. Dr. Mansoor did an amazing and thorough eye exam. I told her my concerns with my vision and she was able to explain and answer all my questions. She was a lovely lady. If you're reading the reviews to make a choice between Oscar Wylee and their competitors. I'd highly recommend this brand and this location.
