I had a wonderful experience during my first visit today. The staff were all kind, patient and provided excellent customer service. Dr. Addo performed my eye exam. It was a thorough procedure including vision test and eye health check. He made the experience comfortable and made sure to answer any of my questions. The clinic offers a selection of eye glasses and sun glasses from different brands. The store is bright, clean and has a spacious waiting area. Good location with parking in the area and is accessible by transit. Additionally, safety precautions are in place with signage and hand sanitizer available. Overall, a welcoming experience and I would recommend their service for your next eye appointment!

The staff are very polite and kind. I find that very important in an optical. Dr. Shear is comforting knowledgeable and easy to talk too. She answers the questions and takes her time with the patients. I will definitely come back. ????

Dr. Shear and her staff are simply the best!! My son and I just had our eye's examined. Dr. Shear is extremely knowledgeable and so fun and friendly. I loved the selection of glasses in the optical shop. I got a beautiful new set but I also got prescription sunglasses- life changing!!

It was a very positive experience for me - the receptionists were always nice, Dr Shear was very professional and friendly. She has done a second exam on my eyes to adjust the prescription (because the lenses were very strong) and has offered to continue to adjust it if needed. Kim, (the salesperson), helped me purchase the best quality eyeglasses. She helped me find very nice looking frames that best suited my face. When I returned two weeks later, Kim asked me to try them on and told me some tips on how to adjust to them. A lense cleaning kit came along with the glasses and Kim also gave me an additional cleansing solution for free. Mabel, (the other salesperson), helped me find very nice looking Ray-Ban sunglasses. She took the time to make sure my prescription sunglasses were just right for my face. She even called me the next day to double check my choice of lenses so that I got the look I wanted! I left feeling very happy with my purchases! I do recommend Northwestern Eye Associates! ????
