It was Dr. D'Orio that gave the diagnosis that he had cancer in one eye. It's been 8+ years since I've last had my eyes checked so I figured I was due. This clinic had great reviews, staff were friendly and they seemed well established. Noelda did my examination and she was great. Very thorough and knowledgeable. She managed to correct an old prescription for my reading glasses that would give me headaches from time to time. The service, no, the Care of both Dr. D'orios, exceeded any expectation I could have imagined. By this I mean that my whole experience felt like a family treated me with the care they would to one of their own, and that in turn allowed me to receive a diagnosis I was unprepared for, with a professionalism yet empathy that only family could provide. Dr. Steve D'Orio has a refreshing passion for his patients well being, and is incredibly knowledgeable in accurately diagnosing things that could prevent potentially far more dangerous problems. Was a first time patient at this clinic as it was close to where I live. The staff were very pleasant to deal with, especially Dr. Noelda Fernandes who was friendly, professional and very thorough. I was surprised that she did tests I have never received at other clinics. While at other chain optometry clinics I have felt that the doctors kind of rush through the appointment to get to see as many patients as possible (ie playing the numbers game), Dr. Fernandes gave me her full attention and took the time to answer any additional questions I had all within the allotted appointment time. Since then I have recommended this clinic and Dr. Fernandes to several friends and family members and they have had similar positive experiences!

This was the first Optometrist I ever went to and I was concerned about where to go as I have never needed help with any type of vision issues before. All the doctors at the eye clinic are knowledgeable, thorough, caring and genuine. Steven diagnosed me with kerataconus, which I had never heard of before. He sent me to have it tended to.and now my eyesight is perfect in the one eye. Dr. Bhatia diagnosed my dad with a palsy related to the nerves of the eye and took a personal interest in him. I have no words for Greg. He is like family and really cares and is passionate about his work. Most recently I had Noelda and, like all the others, she is caring and passionate about her work. Today was my first time having my eyes checked. I was seen by Dr. Steven D'orio who is very effective,efficient, friendly, knowledgable and thorough, who takes the time to explain his findings in detail. He performed an OCT & OPTOS test to get a closer look of the back of my eyes and also used a Blephex tool that is used to clean/remove debris from your eyelids as he said I had a mild case of blepharitis. Dr. Steven D'orio is an amazing doctor who shows genuine care and concern for his patients, I've never felt so well taken care of and couldn't be happier. Overall I had an amazing experience at this clinic from beginning to end and the staff were very pleasant and friendly and couldn't ask for better service. I had an appointment scheduled at 11:00. 20 minutes later, I was still waiting in the lobby;when I inquired about the wait, I was told it would be another 25 minutes. The whole reason for booking an appointment is to avoid having to wait! I can appreciate the fact that a doctor chooses to spend time with his/her patients; however, this should be taken into account when booking patients for their appointments. I left and went to an eye doctor who was actually on time!

Greetings to All, I am very pleased to highly recommend the D'Orio Eye Care Clinic. All the supporting staff were very attentive and helpful. I had, in the past, been diagnosed with a stable condition of Keratoconus. I had been wearing RGP lenses and decided, for the sake of comfort, to try out scleral lenses. Dr. Steven D'Orio and Noelda Fernandes both attended me. They were very knowledgeable and professional and worked well together. I particularly enjoyed their verbal jousting. They took great pains to ensure the fitting was correct, along with some input from Dr. Amit Bhatia (Dr. Greg D'Orio even looked in on me at one point during the fitting process). I went to see Dr D'Orio after years of seeing another optometrist. Our family had been going to Dr D'Orio since we were children. In this particular case, I had an eye infection which I should have had looked at sooner. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable with the front desk person to the tech who conducted my eye xray/photos. The main admin Marianna was lovely to deal with every day I went, as I had to go for follow up. Dr Steven D' Orio, saw me right away and made me feel at ease. He was professional and took the time to explain the issue to me and had me come back for follow up appointments to ensure the infection was healing. I saw Dr Noella as well, who was also professional and had a good bedside manner. Dr Bhatia also saw me. In general all practice doctors at this location are great to deal witj and show a great level of attention and care to their patients.

She was recommended by a family member to Dr D Orios office..he as been in business a very long time. Her experience was excellent...and that when I decided last year to see him. I met with Stephen a very friendly n caring doctor who took his time to examine me, he was professional n thorough!! I had a Cataract in one eye n referred me on to Dr Michael Henry a specialist n surgeon. I have since had successful surgery n can see 20/20 overall for long distance. Coming back to see him post surgery, I needed to get further prescription to read which I knew about before, further examination he recommended more drops that would reduce swelling in my eye while it heals over the next few week's. His continued professionalism leaves me very at ease n confident of a smooth recovery! His staff are Amazing as well...so friendly n professional!!! This clinic is such a gem, offering the highest standard of service but with a real family-run business vibe. Everyone makes you feel at home, and you really get a sense that they have been serving the community for many years — the waiting room is full of people catching up, often in Italian, and everyone is treated with friendliness and respect. I see Dr. Steven D’Orio, who is very thorough and takes great care to explain the different tests and his findings. Not enough doctors do this, in my experience, and it really helps you to understand what is going on with your eyes! He really put me at ease and I understand why there are so many 5-star reviews. They work with some cool new technology that can produce different kinds of imaging for more detailed views of your eyes. Also, I found that everyone was very transparent on pricing and that the fees were fair and reasonable.

Complete joke of an establishment. Called the day prior to book an appointment, verified they except my insurance provider only to be told when I get there they apparently don't except it. Front desk was extremely rude. Ignoring another customer after he said he was a walk-in, she told him to book an appointment despite the sign saying walk-ins welcome. Don't give places like this business. Complete waste of time.

Horrible. Appointment was at 12:40pm. I registered at 12:30 in which they brought me inside. Many people who came after me got called in to see the doctor before me. I questioned the secretary many times before that asking why this was going on to them stating u will be seen right away. If it wasn’t for me always asking I can’t even imagine what time I would leave there at. Very bad customer service, will not go there again.
