Dr. Visco is the best. I felt confident that she was very well trained and had the experience to correct my vision. Her professionalism kept me calm and able to understand how she was going to care for me. Do not give contact prescriptions because they want everyone to get laser surgery. Failed to inform me of that at time of scheduling, when I told them I wanted contact prescription. Sent me out blind, refusing to allow me to put my contacts back in before leaving office. Had to fumble my way to a dirty bathroom to put them in. Also, they charge extra $15 if you don't pay upfront, expect full payment with no exception. Now I have to find another eye doctor and pay again for contact prescription. Completely ridiculous.

Very professional at every stage of the process. My surgery and treatment were very carefully explained to me. The staff was always available to discuss the process and to handle my inquiries. My surgeon was the same way. They were all very courteous and kept waiting time to a minimum.
