I was instantly made to feel like I was a pain for being in there and shopping for $250 sunglasses. Customer service was just not there. Never again.

The reason for the 3 stars was not because the staff. Everyone was friendly when I walked in. Carrie, Emily and Mary were at the front desk and got me checked in. Carrie did my pre exam tests and was very efficient and thorough with a personable demeanor making the tests go smoothly. I didn’t wait very long for Dr. Ullman to do the exam but it seemed like it was short and it not very thorough. After the exam I sat with Eduardo who was very helpful with checking out the glasses. Carrie came back to check on me and see if I needed any help before I left.

We came here after going to Hakim Optical, which was a terrible experience. The people here were so friendly and helpful. They really aided and gave thoughtful comments and suggestions as to what to get and how much it would cost. I highly recommend Woodstock Optical!

Accommodating, helpful, reliable, friendly and over the top service. I first came into Woodstock Optical when I moved back to Woodstock in 2011. I came in with my only pair of glasses, broken, and Herb got me a new pair the exact same at no charge. They've been my go-to team since. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Had a reasonable experience here before and came back. They give me the wrong copy of my rx and I go order glasses online considering prices. I find out that they screwed up and call asking what can happen to compensate me. I work and can't come in leisurely. The man there said nothing absolutely Rudely and was rude the entire time talking with him. I will be picking up my file and taking my business elsewhere.

Best place to go in oxford county! To make an appointment they get you in quick! other places book you in 5 months away. if you need a quick appointment go to Woodstock Optical! they have all the modern equipment to test your eyes. stop searching and go to Woodstock Optical. the staff is very friendly and don't make you feel out of place.

I arranged an appointment to try on eyeglasses. A staff member met with me for my appointment on time. I was shown a variety of eyeglasses to choose from. Suggestions were made in my favour by the staff member. I found 2 pairs I liked specifically but settled on one pair. I paid a deposit to begin the process and the staff was understanding when I needed more time to pay off the difference. No high pressures sales and tons of patience. I will refer others to this store.

I drove from Stratford after a morning work-shift after seeing online the large assortment of glasses available. I did see a large assortment, but was disappointed at how difficult it was to retrieve the glasses off of the holders on the wall. I was looking for glasses with clip ons. Selection for a larger head were minimal & I asked if the other glasses could accommodate a customized clip-on. The person on staff told me that I wouldn't want to go with that option because they were pricey at $125. I"m like really, you have a lot of gull to judge what I can afford - I guess I should have showed up in a suit and tie and maybe I may have been treated with a little more respect. Two strikes - I'm gone! no thanks.

Amazing business, After getting my prescription and picking my glasses, I was able to pick them up within an hour. They were so friendly and supportive. I am certainly going to stay with them.

had a really good experience but after making a few calls attempting to replace an old pair of glasses that I misplaced by finding out my frame number I was talked down to by the woman answering the phone and had many sighs anytime I had a question and constantly asked “why” anytime I needed information, this isn’t the first time. I’ve come in there twice before to get my frames tightened and she was really unfriendly then as well. The man who tightened my glasses was really professional and polite but I didnt feel comfortable talking to her, maybe they were off days but not someone costumers should be interacting with as soon as they call/visit.

I have bought glasses here in the past, but I had a terrific customer experience today. The arm on my safety glasses had broken off. I brought them in hoping that they might be able to fix them. Not only did them fix them, they gave me a case for them and refused to take any money for their troubles. Excellent service. He made my day by telling me I have a good heart.

I moved away last year - recently I fell off my bike and broke a lens ????. I couldn’t get a new one made where we presently live - because of the virus. So - I called Woodstock Optical - they made my new lens and shipped it to me by courier. I very much appreciate their service. 5 stars all the way!

Booked an eye appointment a few days ahead, staff were friendly even after I was held up in traffic that made me late for my appointment. Optician was friendly. Prices are reasonable for eye tests.

Moved to Woodstock 6 years ago. It was time for new glasses so I asked for recommendations from friends and family living here. All recommended Woodstock Optical. Some having gone there for a long time, one since he was 10 years old! When I went in for my appointment, I was greeted by very friendly staff. The eye exam went well; thoroughly modern equipment and very thorough. I couldn't find a frame I liked, but I brought one of my own old frames which I did like and they were able to use them. I'd had a lot of questions & called on multiple occasions and with great patience & respect, they answered all of them. There was a minor issue with the wrong coating being ordered, but they immediately reordered the lenses letting me keep the glasses to use in the meantime so my eyes could continue to adjust. When the the lenses arrived, I took the glasses in, 25 minutes later, I had my new glasses. I cannot compliment these folks enough. They are friendly, knowledgeable & patient. Add me to the list of people in Woodstock that highly recommends Woodstock Optical :)
