I had to see Dr Lui for a few months for treatment of iritis. He's one of the kindest and most compassionate doctor's you'll meet. And he knows his stuff. Yes, you might find that the wait is long. But there is a reason for it - he's fitting in emergency patients who might be in pain and will be in more pain if they have to wait. And he does this even at the expense of getting out of the office on time. I generally go later in the day to accommodate my work schedule and I've never seen him leave the office on time (I so wish some of his patients had the same level of compassion and patience that he has). In my case, I'd never had iritis before. It flared up over the weekend and I was in considerable pain, to the point that I had to go to emerge. Dr Lui made time to see me the following Monday even though he was totally booked. And when my iritis flared up a second time, there was no hesitation in having me come in the same day. I had to get an injection near my eye and was terrified. But Dr Lui took the time to explain and was patient while I calmed myself.

No concideration for other peoples time. A full cramped waiting room. Been waiting over an hour at this point!

Friendly staff, great communication and very caring. Dr. Lui was awesome kind and showed lots of patience when explaining procedures. So glad we were referred to him.
