I so appreciated the help & understanding of Lynn as she worked with me, booking me in the earliest spot possible though made me a priority on the cancelation list. Very soon after our conversation, she called back to let me know that they could accommodate me that following Monday afternoon. In addition, they put a rush on my glasses. What amazing people they are that work here. So helpful. An incredible pleasure. Plus, their Covid safety practices are top notch.

13 Years ago I moved to Woodstock and asked a friend for a good optometrist and they recommended what is now called FYIdoctors in Woodstock. Best recommendation ever. FYIdoctors has a warm and friendly atmosphere, top tech equipment, experienced staff and eye glass/contact(s) products in several price ranges. They even helped me pick cool frames all of which stood the test of time in quality and style.

I appreciated the high level of service I recently received from Dr. McGaffey, Lynn and the team at 513 Adelaide Street in Woodstock. I called with a concern regarding my vision, and the team was kind, organized and professional from the first phone call to when I picked up my glasses. This is my first time seeing Dr. McGaffey (I had been a patient of Dr. Rowe for decades - an amazing individual). Dr. McGaffey was informative, and eased any nerves I had prior to walking in for the appointment. Lynn has assisted me with choosing glasses for years. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Once again she found the right pair of glasses for me. I love them! Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you to all of the team!
