I have been going to see Dr. Pazur and his team for years and they are amazing. They have large selection of glasses for me to choose from. His staff is always great and always helpful.

Excellent doctor, very friendly staff, immaculate premises. I was worried my new lenses would look thick and be too heavy because I chose a much deeper frame than I was wearing, and I'm used to buying the 'world's thinnest lenses'. The progressives are PERFECT, the entire pair of glasses is SO light, and the lenses are SO thin. And, I must say, I got a pair of designer frames and progressive lenses for these and my computer glasses for MUCH less than I'm used to paying for glasses in the past. (For instance, I had to put off buying my MacBook Pro for a while after buying my last pair... and I've waited 7 years to replace them!)

Do NOT go here. After being a loyal patient for 5 years, crisis struck and I had an accident where my glasses broke. I couldn’t afford a new pair right away, but I had enough for a pack of contact lenses. (Which I also had already worn and been fitted for) They refused to let me purchase them and insisted I pay another exam right away. (There wouldn’t have been an exam open for weeks so I would be left with nothing in between driving with no glasses). They care about your money, not you as a patient and your vision. Just go somewhere else. *edit* Wow! It gets even worse! In order to save face since writing this review, pazur eye care has responded that they offered an emergency examination and replacement glasses. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. They gave me two free daily contact lenses which I was forced to wear for two weeks until my next appointment occurred, even though I had the money to purchase lenses in the meantime because they had a “professional obligation” to do the exam first... even though they were fine with giving me two days worth of samples. If I was entitled to a free exam and emergency glasses (as they claim they offered my in a response to my review) I would still be a happy customer at Pazur eye care and wouldn’t have written this review. But since this never happened, here I am...

The care and compassion at Pazur eye care cannot be beat! From the moment you walk in you feel like family. Their expertise and customer service ensures you leave in a set of frames that will have everyone asking “where are your glasses from” ! Thank you for all the amazing you work you do!! Two examples of how they go above and beyond: 1. The take the time with you to ensure you’re choosing the best glasses to suit your face. I have gone other places and when I look at pictures I realize why I used to hate photos with my glasses on.....they never took the time to discuss with me what what frames were best for my face shape..... at Pazur eye care they thrive off their customers looking their best and boy is it noticeable. 2. Recently I had a damaged and infected cornea , boy was that painful! How many of you can say that your doctor made you go in for a week straight because he wanted to ensure you were healing up quickly and appropriately? How many doctors sit down and discuss WHY they are prescribing what they are prescribing? How many doctors check in with you while you’re away at training to ensure you’re doing okay? How many doctors call their colleagues in to have a second look just to be sure? My answer to how many...... ONLY TWO. And they are located at Pazur Eyecare. Throwing my hands up in the air for the amazing care they provide!!!

Ordered contacts before the pa demic hit. Went to go pick them up and they told me the order was cancelled(without informing me) then told me i was due for an exam and i would have to book an appointment before they would order more contacts. Not happy.been with them since I was 3 years old and im almost 30 now.

This isn't really a review but if I'm correct this place is located in East Windsor and if I'm right then I've been there a while ago (5-6 years ago). My question is I got a new pair of glasses 2 years ago from lenscrafters and the Dr there told me I have Strabismus or Amblyopia and they need to send me to London Ontario to do a surgery to strengthen my left eye but I can't go to London so I was wondering if you guys do it as your site says something about that?

I was a patient of Dr. Pazur several years ago, then moved to A-Burg and had to go somewhere else for my eye exam and bifocals - which I never did see properly through. I then moved back to Windsor and went back to Dr. Pazur and OMG I can see again! I’ve not been able to see right for over four years. I am so incredibly happy!!! Dr. Pazur is the best. And everyone there is so friendly and kind. I’m so glad I’m back and able to go get proper care, prescriptions, and quality lenses.
