Visited Dr Steve Acanne. Great experience, explained everything well would definitely recommend. Pricing for glasses is pretty good as well and they give you a rebate on the eye exam if you buy glasses from them. Overall great experience.

If i could, i would give it 0 star. Pathetic service, the staff is so horrible. They only want to chat, no real work. Me and my husband had such a bad experience, we visited twice for a pair of glasses and both the times they dodged saying WiFi is not working. One lady had the audacity to say that this a bit complicated, why don't you try sunglass hut and bring us the code of the glasses u need. Worst eye care. I am not going there again. You lost 2 loyal customers thanks to the super fabulous staff you have. :)

I went for my eye checkup I had to wait for 30 minutes but when i had my turn the doctor was really nice to me he treated me well and he was very generous

Never had an issue here. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I forgot her name, but one girl there was super nice and was honest on which glasses didn't look nice on me and which ones did, some people (elsewhere) will tell you anything looks nice when it doesn't. Glasses came in way sooner than expected

Bought thousands in glasses for self and family over the years. Last experience was negative. Bought white glass that broke within a month. Brought back and they agreed manufacturers defect. Could not replace with same as all out and now discontinued. They gave me a black version of the glasses as replacement. I HATE them and will never wear them. Had I wanted black glasses I would have originally bought. There was no offer to replace with different similar glasses that I would wear or to give a store credit. I wanted white or at least light coloured as I originally bought. I am very disappointed in the service when one encounters a manufacturers defect. Broke due to no fault of my own. Will be looking for new establishment to take our business to

The last few times I have been in, my experience has been really negative due to being ignored by staff for upwards of 20 minutes. I brought a previously purchased pair of glasses back that I wanted to get new lenses put in, as well as a pair of sunglasses that I would like to have a prescription put in. They couldn't put prescription lenses in the sunglasses I had, so I asked for my PD so I could just get a cheap pair online until I decide what sunglasses I want and they refused because it "puts them out of business". I have to disagree, as I think what puts them out of business is driving away customers who are currently trying to spend their money there. I give 2 stars because up until the last few times I had a really positive experience and the optometry side is lovely.

I’ve been using their services since 2002 and I have been coming back ever since. The service is impeccable, to say the least. Not only is my optometrist helpful in clearing any doubts or fears I have with my eyes, the salespeople keep me well-informed so I don’t waste my money. As a person who used to shop on a budget, they helped me recognize that there’s no price on the investment of your vision. They are amazing.. my son has a incident at school his glasses got broken they fix them right away.. the next time they disappeared at school in the snow the next day they had a new pair ready and waiting for him... wonderful staff..

Go somewhere else that has time for you. I have been to much better places. I had to wait more than 2 weeks for my glasses. It was really busy when I came to pick out and pick them up. They were supposed to be fitted to my face, I said repeatedly that they were too tight, (I've had glasses for 22 years) and the woman said if she made them looser they would fall off (If I shake my head around they don't even move!) she told me to come back later if they were still to tight. I don't think so...

I've dealt with this great business for years. I've always been treated in a friendly manner, the staff is knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions. And when my glasses broke, they were quick to repair them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Why would I need to when they're perfect the way they are? PS always beware of complainers. Terrible staff. Very rude. Went in to get side shield replaced for work safety glasses for my son. They are under warranty and they said I would have to pay $15.00 for them. Also, they needed to order them because they have none in stock. There's a 2 week wait for them. After stating my opinion and walking out with the glasses. Two weeks later they called and said shields were in and there are NO charges.

They don't answer the phone. I've left numerous messages over the past year trying to get an appointment with Dr. Archambault, and they haven't called me back. I'm supposed to have yearly eye exams, but it's been two and a half years since I was last able to get an appointment, or even talk to anyone from this office. Absolutely horrible.

Cheapest prices around but the staff is enough for me to never return again. I'll pay the extra $20 elsewhere. All I wanted was for a simple form to be filled out about my eyes for a job and they refused because I brought the form in on Febuary 12th when I had my eyes looked at last year on Febuary 11th. They want me to pay for a new eye exam out of my pocket because I am not covered again until next year. So because they refused me for ONE day, you lost a young buyer forever. Goodbye. I do NOT recommend. I'll be spending my money and benefits somewhere better.

Good selection, but service is not the best, twice I had to wait outside over 15 minutes without being talked to. I told them what happened to my glasses over the phone, they made me come in store to tell me that my warranty was not valid for my situation, and my glasses were broken with no way to repair them. Waste of a trip and I just found the arm of the glasses I have online for 20$ Careful with you're expectations here.

Honestly this is the worst place I have ever been in my whole entire life. I had a woman named Marianne and I was trying on glasses she made me feel so uncomfortable she literally did not take her eye off me and made me feel like I was a thief in there and then I asked her can you please stop staring at me cuz it was very uncomfortable. And then she told me that she had to stay with me or her boss would get mad at her. I told her I was able to pick out my own frames and she kept handing me glasses it was just an extremely uncomfortable situation. I will never go here again if my life depended on it !!!! it's that bad!!!!!!!!!
