It was good. Except the part where she put these yellow eye drops in my eyes and shined bright lights into it while I had those eye drops in my eyes. It was painful but other than that it was a good visit. The ladies are very nice there.

Dr. Guthrie was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I found my new optometrist. ???? The place and staff were so welcoming. ???? Additionally, there is a lot of parking space. They have this online portal where one can make appointments and access their prescription/receipts. Super Convenient! ????✨✨

dr tim guthrie is good.. i don't like it when he moved there i perfer on riverside drive i can walk there... i don't drive.. now i have to walk in cold.. too far for me...

After being unhappy with the last two pairs of glasses I had from another optometrist I decided to try a new optometrist and went to see Dr. Guthrie. I discovered not only had I been given glasses for nearsightedness when I'm farsighted but I've been wearing glasses and contacts that were way too strong and I didn't even need for the last 18 years! My former optometrist's office would pressure me into regular eye exams stating that I had impending eye disease and Dr. Guthrie assured me this was not the case. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I was never pressured into purchasing anything. I will be seeing Dr. Guthrie from now on!

Dr. Guthrie squeezed me in for emergency eye exam in the middle of a Monday (from a Friday phone call) He was very thorough with my exam and left me feeling assured about the overall health of my eye(s) His team are all very friendly, kind & helpful. The only thing I didn't like was not being told if I had the option to have a retnal scan or not. Even though I am diabetic, I have in the past with other optometrists done the retnal scan every second year. However the service and professionalism by the whole staff was outstanding!!

I saw Dr Guthrie about a cyst on my eye in which he was wonderful. Upon my eye checkup he noticed other abnormalities in my eye. I went back for further testing in which Dr Guthrie told me it could be due to something growing on my optic nerve, such as an aneurism and he would get me into see a specialist. I had to call Dr Guthrie's office after a week of not hearing anything in order for them to tell me it was a 3 month wait to see a specialist. I was not happy about this, considering Dr Guthrie's comment about a possible aneurism. I called the specialist and they informed me there was nothing they could do but put me on a waiting list, which 50 people were ahead of me. I called Dr Gutherie's office back and spoke with the office staff about my anxiety in relation to this issue and asked if I could go see another specialist. They informed me I just had to wait it out & to go to the ER if something were to happen. I decided to follow up with a second optometrist to get his opinion. He had a different assumption of what it could be but said that it was imperative I see a specialist right away and was able to get me into see a specialist within a week. Dr Guthrie did a good job doing a basic eye exam, but anything further than that I would not recommend. My whole family & I will discontinue to see Dr Guthrie.

Had something in my eye that needed to be looked at by an optometrist. So at 8am Friday I called around. When I called this office they explained the earliest appointment I could get was a week away, but when I explained I had a doctor prescribed reason the receptionist checked and said they could see me if I could get there soon. Turns out the visit was a quick ten mintue look and pluck a small object off the surface of the eye, but I appreciated the time they took to see me before everyone was closed for the weekend. I couldn't be more thankful for not having to endure a metal shaving in my eye for a whole weekend.

I called to make appointment for a problem with my eyes from chemo as im a cancer patient and it was also my two year eye exam and that meant i had full coverage i got a appointment within days ..A few weeks later i called early Monday am as i was still having issues with my eyes , i was told they were soooo busy,she said she had to ask doctor even tho she’s sitting there with appointment book, i said i would take another day AGAIN she said she had to ask doctor and she would call back THAT NEVER HAPPENED. So once they have your money even tho you still need help there too busy . TWO DAYS LATER STILL NO CALL … i have to pay out of pocket to see another eye doctor … THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING We are seniors on a fixed income also …Also when i told her how much my eyes were bothering me she had the nerve to suggest i go to a clinic rather then book me an appointment!!!

I was very fortunate to see this new office recently. From the time I booked the appointment, I received far more personal service than I ever had from my previous optometrist's office. I very seldom do online reviews, but in view of my experience with this office it is well deserved. It also turned out the I had a higher prescription than I needed which required 3 new pairs of lenses. They were more than willing to work with me on pricing which I also did not receive at my last optometrist's office. I would highly recommend Dr Guthrie to anyone looking for a quality professional.
