My experience in Dr. Deans' clinic was extremely positive from the moment I walked in. The sign said that an associate would see you within 15 minutes of your scheduled time; I was seen in less than 5 minutes. The associates who collected my information and conducted the optical testing were very friendly, kind and professional. I felt very well taken care of. Dr. Deans, himself, was a pleasure to deal with. He explained the issue that I've been having with my eyes and reassured me that everything was going to be just fine. I could tell from his demeanour that he is a very caring and very thorough person. I would recommend this clinic to anyone, without hesitation.

Dr Deans performed cataract surgery on my left eye. My eyesight was very blurry without glasses. My eyesight after surgery was very clear. I couldn't believe the difference only after 3 days. I'm going back to get my right eye done.

The eye doctor is great but the one who's doing glasses is horrible. This is the second time that he screwed up on my glasses but he wasn't apologetic about it. He just keep on telling me that he been working for 30 yrs and it always like that because i have special glasses. That's not an excuse. So it only means that if u have special glasses thay always make mistakes?? And for 30 years, you always screw up?? Wow.. No wonder when I google you it wont show or recomend you for glasses. Poor poor service.. ????????????????????????????????

I have been in quite a lot of pain for several years now after a surgical procedure performed by Dr. Robin Deans. I do not recommended this man for any cosmetic procedure. He needs to be more upfront and honest when discussing possible negative outcomes and he should also slow down in the operating room. He worked quickly on me and I deserve the better for what I paid him. He performed an eye lift on two separate occasions for me and the last was worse than the first. He promised he would correct his mistake but he made things worse. Now, eye drops don’t help my burning and dry eyes. Very disappointing to say the least.

Dr. Deans has Caused scars and discomfort around my eyes that I have been dealing with for three years after going under his knife. He doesn’t want to attempt to correct what he has done and he keeps pushing me away. He only spent a few minutes on me in the operating room. I wish I could show pictures on her of the mess that he has caused. Was he working on me with his eyes closed? I will never stop telling people of what he has done. This man should be stopped.

Very poor results with Dr. Robin Deans. I have been in to see him several times and have had two cosmetic procedures. The second procedure was for an attempt for him to correct his first mistakes. He did a terrible quick cut job and I strongly do not recommend him. Beware.

I went to Dr. Deans because I damaged my eye in a fall. I was more than a little nervous & Dr. Deans put me totally at ease & told me he would do the best he could for me. I appreciated his honestly & kindness. Dr. Deans operated & I was so impressed with how this was handled. I feel Dr. Deans fulfilled his promise to me & I'm happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Deans, both he & his staff are excellent as far as I'm concerned. Thank you Dr. Deans.
