She’s a wonderful doctor!!

Good surgeon, (reputable surgeon and it's my personal experience). All of my experiences with follow-up and leading up to surgery were very flawed involving dilation of my eyes and then asking me to read and sign a fine-print contract before I leave (the doctor of all people should know that the patient cannot read for an hour after the drops are in), forgetting me in the waiting room, not letting me know I need to book a follow-up appointment to get stitches removed, and more.

I have had an Issue with Dr. Chiu. She didn't examined my eyes and reffered to Eye Surgon. Finally, learned from Eye Surgon, nothing wrong in my eyes, wondering to know know why she refrred to Eye Surgon without proper examination...

Dr. Chiu was aggressive in treating my eyelid problems. I couldn't be happier with the end results! Unlike the other Optomologist who was unable to improve my situation.

Dr. Chiu is a good doctor and I appreciate her care and bedside manner. Dr. Chiu's office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I am disappointed that adult women in professional setting do not treat patients with care, make assumptions on medical results (saying "if you have not heard back from the doctor, you should assume tests were fine") and lack overall respect for patients and their time. These ladies can do so much better.
