Nice office, efficient system for seeing patients, so it doesn't feel as if you are waiting huge chunks of time for your appointment. Drops go in shortly after checking in, and then you get called into a room for quick tests, then back out to waiting room, then back in for other tests (photos), and then get into the doctor. It keeps things moving where you don't feel rushed or ignored. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Booked appointment well in advance, got COVID checked phone call, re-confirmed appointment on the day but when we showed up with my very fragile elderly mom, they told us our appointment was an hour later After some confrontation and discussion we ended up with a supervisor trying make amends but I view the largely over-filled waiting room as a problem just waiting to boil over! Unprofessional expectations from a flawed setup

They do a great job considering how many patients go through that clinic in a day. They are professional and consistently competent. If you have to go there often they get to know you and they are a lot warmer.

Nothing against doctors, they are great. We’re in middle of pandemic and I got 2 phone calls about Covid 19 screening and then I walk into the office and other patient sniffing an coughing like crazy, putting her mask down and blowing her nose. Like what the hell. For what reason you do that screening then. This is ridiculous
