The worst clinic I’ve been to! The staff are rude, they laughed while speaking another language with each other, and the girl says , “ oh didn’t know that was you” after standing at their counter for 5 min! The doctor doesn’t even spend longer than 5 min with you! Customer service has a lot to be desired! I would say they don’t have any! They are even rude when they tell you to follow them or sit down! Never again!

Clinic is nice but patient dealing of Dr.Farah Naz was hopeless.She is very rude and possess neglecting behaviour which as a doctor should not at all be allowed.These types of Doctors are not actually meant for a reputed clinic like this.Her behaviour look like in civil hospital of india.She need some extra training to be polite and humble with patients.

I've been in twice in the last couple of weeks for different tests. The staff were polite, my appointment length was right within the time that I was told it would be and both pretty much started on time or after a very short reasonable wait.

The staff is highly negligent of the person standing right in front of them. AND mind you this is besides when they have 4 to 5 people at the desk at one given time. 2 of the staff could be busy in filing things or entering data into the system. Yet, the rest of the staff members are highly unresponsive to the person standing right in front of them - they keep on chatting with the other staff member. They do not even have the decency of at least making an eye contact and telling that they will be with us in a moment. It's like a hit and a miss that is you are lucky if somebody responds to you in the first 20 seconds of standing in front of them. The management really needs to look into this. Highly unprofessional attitude.

I was told to come here as I needed an eye specialist. It was okay the first time. Staff is rude and unprofessional, but the doctor is so busy that he doesn’t even sit down for two minutes to listen to your concern. I’ve been in the waiting room long enough to know he just tells everyone to buy the same eye drops. I got them, they don’t work.

Went there this morning and they are super FAST! Receptionists are polite and professional. We didn’t even have a chance to sit & wait for more than 3 minutes, we’ve been assessed right away by the assistant who ran some eye tests. Then after that we proceeded to the doctor’s room. The doctor came right away, unlike other doctors that you have to wait long till you get seen. But the consultation with the ophthalmologist was also very quick, he stayed less than 2 minutes. I could have rated 5 stars if he gave more time and checked deeper. He said my son is ok and just come back if there’s still problem. The doctor is nice and polite too.

This clinic relys too heavily on fraser health students that do not know enough to be working on the only two eyes God gave me....there is a plaque in the lobby stating this is a training centre????i walked out and am meeting with my doctor to get re-referred to a real optimoligisst

I respect all previous individual for their reviews. Honestly after reading all reviews I almost wants to cancel my appointment but I thought I should try my self.my family doctor send request for my vision check. First appointment I show up 20 min early . The front desk help me very positive response. I hardly wait 5 min and I got call for my eye exam. I was out within 20 min and today I have second appointment. Same experience the staff was polite . Got me exam room within 5 min after few questions Dr Sutton assist me . He was polite ,respectful as well informative. I understand people have some days tough time and circumstances vary by individuals. I am really happy to see them again as well recommend to others.

I was sent here in December as my right eyelid started to get red and puffy and over 5 days kept getting bigger. The drops given at a clinic did nothing to help. Here, Dr. Sutton confirmed I had a chalazion ( a plugged oil duct, in the lid), which I had seen online the night before . They were very thorough in all that they did, including starting with a vision test, which I'm not sure I needed and no one explained why they tested my sight. Then they dealt with the chalazion.....interesting!! But nesscessary! I hope that was my last one but, if need be, I will return - as the team worked well together...and seemed to know what they were doing even with tricky situations like mine and the fact that two new members were being trained. My only complaint would be that there was not much explanation, (especially regarding something I'd never heard of before!?) I like to know what the plan is , what they'll be doing to my eyelid, what tools will be used etc. ...why it happened?, what can I do to prevent it...etc. I asked some questions and got a few answers and though it was a "snow day" with cancellations ....they still seemed too busy to explain the real issues to me and to answer my questions completely.

The Dr that did the surgery for my dad was good. But a female assisting him pulled at his skin with such force he felt it and 3 years later he is still having pain in his eye that she did something to.

This is worst eye clinic I have been to. Do not waste your time. They can not do everything in one appointment. They keep you coming back. Each appointment are less then 10 mins. The staff are rude and do not explain anything to you. Very hard to understand what they are asking you. The Dr is not any better. He walked in and spent two mins in the room and left. Do not had a chance to explain anything or ask him about anything. He did not ask anything. He is more worried about his billing hours with MSP. Find a place that will take care of you a person not his billing hours.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Only spends 20 to 30 seconds looking at your eyes and his staff are expected to do all the work and give you answers.

The doctor is great. Very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to patients. The clinic runs fast and efficiently. The staff on the other hand need to learn a thing or two about communication. The front end staff, asked my family member to sign the waiver and did not give them the chance to read it. I had to ask for the wavier back in order to read it. The technicians don’t explain what they are doing and preform the eye pressure test and administer drops into the eyes in the lobby in front of 20+ other patients, which is not right. Not to mention, even after asking, they won’t telling you the name of the drops they are administering to the patient. What if someone’s allergic to certain medications? They breach privacy and confidentiality when they discuss patient information and procedures out in the open. Standards of practice for front end staff need to be addressed.

I will not be returning to this to Central Eye. It does not seem that Dr. Sutton cares about the patients, he's just their for the money.

I like the doctor. He seems quite knowledgeable and very informative. I would like it better if Dr. Sutton would do more of the tests and not have the young students doing all the tests and he spends more time with his patients . I would prefer not to be passed on from different people . I feel there are too many staff. I really like this clinic a lot and I hope this review will help them improve . I really want to keep going here as it is very local for me and convenient. Thanks to all of you at Central Eye Clinic.

This place is just there to rip you off of your time and your medical coverage. 5 separate appointments that are all 5 mins long, but they book you in at different days and times instead of doing them all on the same day. The receptionists are rude and could care less about patients. I will be making a complaint to my medical coverage provider about this clinic and how they are ripping them and me off. Absolutely disgraceful.
