Very poor exprience! The optometrist couldn't make it to Saturday appointment and they cancelled my son's appointment without any notice or any call!! I was desperate to check his vision and they were absolutely indifferent to my request. I never leave my family's care into the hands' of people who are not trained well to take care of their patients!

We have been to this clinic a few times, seeing different doctors. They are all great. Our last visit was an emergency visit for our 2 month old baby. The gentleman who is in charge of glasses ( I am not sure what his name is, my apologies ) kindly asked the doctor on call that day to see our baby without an appointment. Dr. Lee saw her I believe as her last patient. She was amazing and we are grateful for her as our baby needed antibiotics and we are glad she made the time to see her. She even called our pharmacy to make sure they have the medication and it’s safe for a bay. The next day, she called to make sure baby is OK. Thank you Dr. Lee and West Van optometry for being so caring.

Nice staff but the lab they use couldn't produce a usable pair of progressive glasses. Fortunately I found the ones I had lost because even after two attempts the glasses I ordered were terrible. $1300 dollars down the drain.

Absolutely top drawer optometrists and support staff. They have been extraordinary in helping me not only find the right type of sport glasses, but bend over backwards to make periodic adjustments to them ensuring that lens are sitting on my face in exactly the spot they are supposed to be. Often we feel uncomfortable about asking for help; that said they are there for me and I am sure their other valued customers.

I've been going to this clinic for many years and I continue to consistently receive the best service from staff and the doctors! I most recently saw Dr. Alisa Gafur, she was very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions (there were many). Jay was also incredibly helpful in helping me choose a new frame that suited my face and choose lenses that would be the best for my lifestyle. All-in-all it's always a very positive experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Optometry clinic!
