My family and I have been coming here for a few years now! Nick and Anthony have always been great and very knowledgeable in helping us find the perfect eyewear. They are super friendly, and always make coming in an enjoyable experience, as they truly care to get to know a bit about their customers! They have a very wide variety of stylish frames for everyday wear. Even got my first pair of contacts from them. With covid, they were very helpful in providing me with enough direction on how to use them properly. Super happy to return to them every few years for my routine check up. We will definitely keep coming!

Coming here was one of the best experiences my grandmother has had when it comes to hearing aids and services for them. Nick originally helped with fixing a part for a hearing aid in the same day and it felt brand new. When it came time to get a new one for my grandmother, he helped us every step of the way through the hearing test, choosing which hearing aid was the best for her, and even the paperwork. He did it all very quick and efficiently and this is the only place we will go to from now on. Thank you!

For 20+ years I have received outstanding service for my eye glasses from both Nick and Anthony. Needing my eye glasses made a specific way that is no longer readily available they took the time to speak with various suppliers until they found one that could still make the lenses that work for me. They are very accurate when taking my eye measurements for new lenses to fit the frames I select. They offer free adjustment when the glasses get a little loose. Always very welcoming, friendly and professional with everyone that comes in. In recent years I've also had to start using hearing aids and immediately went to see Nick at Welland Optical and Hearing Centre who gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision on which hearing aides would be best for me. I'm very pleased with the hearing aides and the service I receive. A few years ago I needed a new optometrist and on the recommendation of Nick and Anthony I now see Dr. bebawy at their location. He is very thorough and I feel confident with his knowledge.
