This lady is always nice & patient. And she has a great memory! She remembered me from over 10 years between appointments. I just wish she sold the eyewear. Not all optometrists or opticians fit your glasses so they feel perfect. This one did!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sarvas ever since she began her practice and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The service, knowledge and quality of care is the very best. I always get my glasses there as well because far too often when I was lured by other eye glasses places with slick marketing, I ended up with lenses that were not my prescription and they ended up costing me far more than what I was led to believe in the advertising.

Because of a series of unplanned circumstances, I was able to directly compare Dr Sarvas eye exam skills for a complex case, with those of a reknowned specialist in all of Ontario: her results were spot on. Very thorough services, competitive prices. A gem for the community.

This optometrist is local to me, so despite not being my doctor, I went in to ask if they do eye glasses repair. I was rudely greeted by the receptionist, who wasn’t masked by the way, and dismissed me. Didn’t bother to ask if I was a patient, nothing. She was very cold. Not a good first impression at all. I won’t be going here, which is a shame because it’s literally down the street.

She is a highly competent Eyecare Practitioner who truly cares about the general and eye health of her patients. Her professional services also includes the sale of eyeglass frames, lenses and full servicing of both with absolutely NO PRESSURE to purchase from her. Her in-house selection of frames is expansive and she is very skilled at matching a person's look, head shape and facial details to just the right, complementary frame and style. Dr. Sarvas goes the extra mile in ensuring the fit is 100% correct and subsequent adjustments or repairs, if needed, are performed quickly and expertly.
