I used to be this doctor's patient at another clinic and she ended up moving to her own practice. The first time I called her office, the receptionist had me on hold for 15 minutes and each time she picked up, she didn't realize I was still on hold. When she finally got to me, she kept telling me I needed to sign a roster. It got to the point where she was telling me to take a deep breath and calm down because she was doing such a poor job expalinimg what she needed from me and all I wanted was clarity. What time should i come? What's your address? Basics. I decided to stay with the clinic I was with instead of dealing with incapable, rude and ignorant receptionists. If I could give this clinic less than a one star, I would.

Dr. Azadeh is excellent. She is thorough, knowledgeable and super pleasant to deal with. For the person that left the negative review seemingly only related to the reception that is wholly unfair and not reflective of Dr Azadeh, but I’m also confident to say it’s not accurate. The lady we have dealt with at reception is amazing. 5 plus stars for Dr Azadeh and her team.
