She is the worst eye doctor I've ever visited. She is very grumpy and impatient. When I related the other eye doctor's findings of my eyes' problem - inflammation. She immediately interrupted and told me do not use the word "inflammation". She said she didn't care about other doctor's diagnosis! I don't feel comfortable in telling her about my eyes. She is very bad-tempered.

Dr Vivian Yin has lied to me on more than a few occasions . I went to her to cauterize my tear ducts (a procedure that's been around forever) but instead she insisted I do a much more invasive surgery, that Google has zero information on. So I trust her professional judgement and let her experiment on eyes!! 3 failed surgeries and 2 years later, my left eye incision is NOT healed, there is a GAPE beside my tear duct, leaving my tear duct EXPOSED. my incision has been itchy since the second surgery but I've learned not to touch anywhere near the left side of my face for fear that if I pull on any skin my lower eyelid WILL RIP OPEN. Don't fall for her superiority complex, "credentials", and beauty like I did, she will lie to you and go as far as telling you the surgery was a success to get you out of her office.

I saw Dr. Yin for a bump on my eye. I got an appointment really fast (within two weeks) which was great as other specialist had quoted me several months. Additionally, on the day of my appointment I was early and she tried to see me earlier than scheduled. During the consultation she was knowledgable, helpful and friendly.
