We use Calgary Optometry Centre for our family. The staff is professional and always friendly. We visit annually and they are always very good with our two year old. They have a great selection of glasses and delivered them to my location of choice. I would highly recommended Dr. Jean Shen.

I have been attending the Calgary Optometry Centre for approximately 30 years. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Jang is excellent at explaining the health of your eyes, the eye examination and recommendations for the best eye care. I would highly recommend them. Although the eye examinations may seem expensive, they are very thorough and use high technology equipment. Can you really pay too much for the health of your eyes :)

We have been going to see Darcey for almost 10 years. We have had a different Dr. a couple times but have gotten the best exams and service. We purchase our glasses from this location and have never had any troubles with them. We enjoy coming here as Darcey always has a friendly smile when she greets us. We have know her for many years (about 30 years now) this why we decided to give this location a try. This is why we keep coming back.

Everyone is very kind and pleasant. They go out of their way to make you feel looked after, and satisfied with your treatment. The clinic itself is very clean, comfortable and stylish. From the time I walked in the door, to leaving, I felt welcomed, cared about, and important to them. The entire experience is calming and relaxing, not like a 'clinical' sort of atmosphere at all, even though every person there is very knowledgeable and knows their job. They're professional and know how to put you at ease. That's why I am a repeat customer at the Calgary Optometry Center.

I and my whole family have been coming to Calgary Optometry since 2006. My Optometrist Dr. Shen has paid close attention to my eye issues during examination, may it be changing numbers during refraction or review of eye exam results, she listens carefully and discusses the outcomes. While she was away, Dr. Poon was filling in for her and she too was very professional in understanding my eye exam, going through refraction and eye exam results with care. Additionally I have been at both Downtown and Avenida locations, the support staff is fantastic, very helpful and during selection of frames and glasses are great help. I will recommend Calgary Optometry and my Doctors to anyone!

The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Jang explains every thing about the health of your eyes. The staff (sorry I can't remember names) are patient and helpful when picking out frames and explain the differences with lens types. I finally switched to nikon lens and so far so good. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient.
