REVIEWS OF Kensington Vision and Research Centre IN Toronto

Javier Fernandez

What a disgrace, this place doesn't screen for vaccinations, and let pass people that have been in contact with COVID.

Claûde Beaupré

I had a great experience at this clinic. I think I waited maybe 5 minutes max and the staff was so friendly. They move you through to different technicians so quickly and explain all the tests really clearly. Highly recommend to anyone!

Raina Bernard

Good job with covid protocols, friendly staff and nice facility

Rikeria Radiance (Rikeri)

I went to see Dr. El-Defrawy since I had some concerns about my eye health. He was a very nice man, listened to all my questions patiently and answered it thoroughly. He always had a smile on his face and this made feel very comfortable.

Joyce Perrin

I have been a patient of Dr.Schlenker and Dr.Belkin and have had excellent service, care and very importantly clear communication addressing any issues or questions that I had. The clinic is exceptionally well run by Ann and the staff are exceedingly competent, friendly and effective in communication with me as a patient and proceeding with any procedures they need to do. While booking appointments staff are friendly and competent and try hard to meet your needs as well as the doctors needs when giving appointments. My background is in nursing and hospital administration and as an accreditation surveyer I give this clinic 5 stars.

It was a strange and uncomfortable experience. The doctor had his face mask pulled down and was touching my eyes with his bare hands. His hands had remnants of hot sauce on them from his lunch which I could smell and was also causing my eyes extra discomfort. He also was using his phone with his finger and then touching my eye with the same finger right afterwards multiple times. Is it not common practice to use gloves when touching someones eyes? Results of my exam inconclusive I was told to call back if it’s still bothering me but that’s the reason I went in the first place because it is bothering me right now. I guess I’ll go somewhere else for another exam now

Norris Lam

Exceptional care from a multi-disciplinary team of eye doctors who are at the very top of their field. I am grateful for their knowledge, kindness and expertise.
