I was referred to Dr. Lichter for an urgent issue and had a very positive experience. Yes I had to wait however the team used the time to prepare me for the tests and kept me informed throughout the process. It was a little over 2 hours for the entire appointment and I am very grateful for the thoroughness and professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Lichter and her team. I would highly recommend her for eye care.

Horrible medical practices. They give me an appointment at 10h30 and then, when I arrived, I was told the waiting time will be 2h to 3h. In addition, the waiting room is mega crowded and with multiple noises (music radio from the secretary desk) and the tv above. A nightmare.

My wife and I have been Dr Lichter's patients for ever 10 years. Dr Lichter is attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and she keeps up with new research and technologies in ophthalmology. She is also very warm and personable. The only drawback of being her patients is that sometimes she falls behind the schedule, and the patients have to spend some time in the waiting room. But the reason for that is that Dr Lichter spends as much time with every patient as is necessary, and her patients keep coming back and recommending her to friends and family. I would rather wait to be seen by her than go to a doctor who is always on time because he or she spends as little time on each patient as possible.

I came to Dr. Lichter on a strong recommendation from my optometrist. It's a long way to come from northern Ontario but worth every effort. I had never had a more thorough eye examination despite some 26 years of living with uveitis, retinal tears, cataracts and now glaucoma. Dr. Lichter spent more time with me than any other specialist prior. She is a perfectionist and that is what you want when dealing with eye problems.Thanks to her, I finally have my glaucoma pressures under control. By far the best investment of time and effort I've ever made with regards to my health. Thank you Dr. Lichter.
