These guys are awesome very cooperative very friendly and main thing what they say is to the point and accurate...service desk girl the guy who showed me the glasses and the doctor are all really nice people....they have a variety of glasses to choose from at a very reasonable price plus they deleivers at at promised time

The staff was absolutely excellent! I was visiting Timmins and had an issue with a contact caught in my eye. Even though I wasn’t a patient, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They had an appointment booked within minutes and my eye issue was fixed within the hour. Thankyou so much for taking such care of me!

Dr Ross is professional and efficient. He really takes his time and is very thorough. I was particularly impressed that he didn't try to sell me new eye glasses because my prescription had changed slightly, especially since they sell them on the same premises. Had my first check up in years and they made me feel super comfortable and they were all super friendly. Great ladies upfront! Mallory and Amelia. Super cheerful and knowledgeable staff.. They have a great variety of frames to choose from and I am very happy with the service and products!! They even remembered my name and what glasses I ordered when I call or came in. Mallory is super friendly and professional, she even said she will order frames if they do not have the style/brand i want and will get me fitted. She ensures that you are well taken care of. I am so happy I found her and will definitely be returning! Will recommend to my friends and family
