My optometrist Haley left town and I never got a notice. Usually they mailed a card to remind that an appointment is due. Never happened and they said my email did not work. They had never emailed me before in all my years there. So now I finally have an appointment but not till november. Poor office administration and follow up especially in a small city like timmins. Customers appear to be irrelevant.
