This place is the last place I will tell anyone to go. I called them this morning advocating for my patient to get her diabetes retinal screening done. The conversation was on speakerphone. I passed the Phone to my patient for further discussion with the owner or whoever that picked up my call phone. She told my patient to tell me to shut up! My patient thought the lady( maybe owner ) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She sounded very angry and antagonistic!!! We hanged up the phone and called MOORE SPECS ! Moore specs were much respectable and professional to deal with . I called the lady to give her a chance to explained her disgusting behaviour. She doubled down on it and insinuated that “ First Nations “ don’t show up to their appointment, and how they don’t get paid etc etc - that can I felt had a racial under tone! My patient even felt that she did not want to see her and was not interested in going there anymore!!!
