Even when calling within the open hours, the phone line isn't open. It just immediately hangs up, and when you are needing to call for an appointment, it is incredibly inconvenient and can be very stressful.

The clerks all have a large chip on their shoulders and not at all friendly or helpful. A small smile and welcoming greeting goes a long long way.

The office suppose to be open at 8 but the phone line is not open. By the time they answer the phone, about 10, 15 minutes pass, the booking is full for the day. If you are really sick and needed to see your Doctor, you have to camp outside, make a mad dash in to grab your much needed appointment. Sad, so sad. A broken system. Your health depends on the people that even an unfriendly clerk, can decide your fate.

Very hard to get a hold of, administration assistants can be very rude and hard to schedule an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I usually have to al 5 times or more before someone takes my phone call.
