I just had my first visit with him. He was willing to work with me financially, eased my concerns effectively, was able to quickly and accurately pinpoint the issues I've been having, and now I have a new prescription and a referral to a specialist. Definitely the best I've been to.

Well to start off Dr Azzola has the greatest staff ever❤ i couldn't feel more comfortable. Thank you. Dr Azzola hes not just your Dr hes your friend from the moment you walk in and sit down. He loves and cares for his patients ???????? great care great place❤ thank you all

I've had him since 2012, and I will say he's amazing! He worked so well with me due to the fact I have a pituitary tumour that he was able to identify is affecting my vision! He actually gets the job done !!

Been going here since I was a young kid (8 years old) the service provided by the doctors are top notch. The real prizes thought are the girls who run the front and the back of the store.

After 2 days of trying to get through to book an appointment: Dr. Azzola needs staff who could REALLY benefit from a more detailed understanding of exactly what OHIP coverage is. She clearly doesn't understand it's for ALL types of health care for all Ontarians. She could not, therefore, answer BASIC questions related to the cost of my examination and conflatedwhat I was asking with other questiins she's getting about optometrists leaving OHIP (which she called "going on strike"). She began to argue with me that "not everyone in Ontario is on OHIP". True, NEW Ontarians may not be but, everyone else is. As I Inever got an answer to my simple question, "How much is an eye exam going to cost, in total?". She started going in circles and would not, or could not, give me a straight answer so I hung up, frustrated beyond belief. Not worth the effort.
