Extremely overpriced glasses! I got suckerd into buying my first pair here before having the knowledge of other places prices. Next year same glasses same coatings less then half the price from zhers optical.

I would highly recommend Stratford Family Eye Care! For the past five years Dr. Huxtable and the rest of the staff have taken wonderful care of my eyes. Dr. Huxtable is always very caring, friendly and professional, and makes eye exams less stressful than they typically are. Over the years I've purchased a few pairs of glasses, one of which I broke and thought they were beyond repair, but somehow they were able to fix them for me. Last week I picked up my newest pair of glasses and I am loving them!

From the moment I called for an appointment, I was taken on a journey of efficiency, expertise and incredible customer service. One on one care. Undoubtedly this is a very tough time for many of us during the Pandemic and I’m sure as we keep up to date with our health needs, times can be frustrating and aggravating. This goes for staff also. I found the staff to be calm and beautifully confident. I love working with Dr Albrecht who took time to explain lots to me. I was indeed in good hands. I needed new specs! ( kinda knew that but had been putting off my appointment). I sat with delightful and professional Susie. Susie walked me through the fitting process with ease and confidence. Her contagious laugh and ability to understand my, sometimes, off the wall sense of humour, won me over. I now have a wicked, fabulous pair of glasses in jig time and affordable too. Thank you to each and every one of you for stepping forward and working during these tough times for procrastinators like me. ❤️

I had been very pleased with the service I received getting new perscription since moving to Stratford.However after receiving my new glasses and paying more than other glasses I had purchased in Cambridge.Wearing the glasses slowly caused my eyes to have various problems.It took several weeks to narrow the vision issues to The new glasses and the new perscription. Because it took more than three months to narrow the vision issues to the perscription,i am exspected to pay 200. Dollarsmore to correct the glasses. I will go eleswhere in the future to get a proper pair of glasses.Thank You!,,,,, Stratford Eye Care.
