Had an appointment. Waited over an hour. When I inquired with a receptionist she was unnecessarily passive aggressive and dismissive. Said I could expect to wait 2-3 hours. Some people work. If I had been informed about this with my referral, or when I called to book I would have reconsidered coming to your location.

The receptionists are very nice, and Dr. Cheskes and his lab tech are very professional. I think its a good place to have an appointment.

Marie at the front desk is AMAZING! Dr. Cheskes and his staff are incredible, thank you for everything.

There is neither email nor website listed for this establishment online. A google search shows that the office is open, and yet no one answers the phone and the voice mail is full. How I am to reschedule our appointment and get critical information with this lack of information and customer service?

Al C

The front door and front desk staffs are very nice????????

Ice Ci

Receptionists are rude & big time attitude.

Dr. Jordan Cheskes was amazing. He walked me through the loss of my eye, the result of a very badly placed steel nail. Pretty sure he shed tears with me. The guy is hands down the best doctor you could ask for, big heart. Thanks for everything Dr. Cheskes.

Would not recommend regardless of what your family doctor says. Parking fee is bs when you go in to wait for hours only to be ignored and told your fine. You go in, wait an hour, get some drops that burn like hell and dilate your pupils. Wait another 20 minutes, and i’ll give it to the guy, he’s busy, but he saw me for all of 5 minutes. Told me there was no cure and maybe i have diabetes? Gave me eye drops and only offered more information when i asked questions. Then casually informed me that i’d be okay and sent me on my way. Worst appointment i’ve ever had, waste of time and will never go back again.

This place is horrible . My family doctor referred me and sent a fax to them to setup an appointment. The fax was sent during February of 2016. I never got a call back so I called them and asked if they got my fax . They said it will take 1 week minimum to get a fax . ONE WEEK TO GET A FAX!. I called back a week later and she doesn't know where the fax is. Months pass by and by eye starts irritating me more . My left eye has a lot of discharge after I was assaulted 3 years ago. So I called them to book a appointment on Oct 2016 . They find my fax now which is months old and book me in. I get there and wait 2 hours finally see a nurse who puts eye drops in my eyes that made my vision blurry from 4pm-till I slept (10pm). The doctor wrote me prescription eye drops and said if you aren't smiling during your next.visit we will look more thoroughly. I pleaded that it's serious and he just said don't worry you will be fine. A week past and I went in for a second appointment. No difference in my eye. the doctor kept saying it's nothing serious and I will be fine . I pleaded again that it's more serious then he thinks it is. Even made him feel my left cheek bone and right cheek bone to see how serious my assault was. He smiles and says you're fine. This place sucks. They make you wait 2 hours and don't even bother listening to you. I wouldn't recommend going to this place for a eye checkup. Two thumbs down .

My uncle went to see Jordan C. After a procedure he could not see well and was having pain in his eye. When we called the office, several times, no one picked up. We left a message and have not heard back from them. DO NOT GO HERE

Good place for eye testing. The receptionist, doctors and the other staff are good. But at the same time... My family doctor setup an appointment, somehow these people missed it. They started to blame my family hospital staff and I had to wait for more than a month.

Janine Lawton

I love them. I've been seeing Dr. Cheskes for 7 years now and I think he is amazing!!!

Dr Jessica Kwok is excellent! My husband and I are happy with her professionalism. She is very thorough and explains things to us in detail. Answers all our questions and doesn’t rush us out. Highly recommend her.

Linda Mcdonnell

Poorly run office...constantly overbooks patients and just cycles them through. Parking minimal during the winter months, but the doctors always have a spot at the door. Would not recommend.

Lovelin

Very rude receptionist and big attitude.

I saw Dr. Jordan Cheskes. I have vision problem. He did several tests in my eyes. Then he said I had glaucoma at the beginning of my last visit. After few minutes he changed his diagnosis saying that I have cataract in my eyes and referred to cataract specialist. The cataract specialist said my cataract does not needs to be operated at this stage and sent back to Dr. Jordan Cheskes. It has been 3 weeks I did not hear from him yet. my point is how could he quickly change his opinion from glaucoma to cataract! Diagnosing cataract is not very complicated! After having so many tests he first said I have glaucoma then changed his decision that I have cataract which is not really true. Did not expect this from a specialist!

Appointment was at 10:15am. At 12:30, I was moved to a room to see a tech who dialated my eyes. Following the tech, I was sent back to a waiting room where I did not see the Doctor until 1:45pm. Total wait time: 3.5 hours. They also make you pay $7.00 for parking.

I'd give 0 stars if i could, receptionist are ridiculously rude in person and on the phone ... smh if it weren't for my dad I wouldn't ever step foot in this place. They make you feel bad for asking questions and clarity. Last I checked, they're receptionists and paid to answer/solve patient questions/concerns. I don't understand what there is to be so angry at when you're supposed to be doing your job .... ??

nizam patel

Nothing has been changed after Single star reviews. I am there for my dad's appointment at 11 and we are seating outside at 11:45 listening same answer rudely, 'Doctor is very busy because he is going on vacation' for everybody questioned. Didn't want to debate her that everybody had appointment. This is not walk in clinic. Google should allow people for 0 star rating and patient should be asked for choice by referee doctor. So, someone can read the review and decide.

After seeing the all the issues and lack of care my mom has been receiving from Dr. Jordan Cheskes, I would not recommend him to anyone. After 2 unsuccessful retina surgeries, she's left with barely any vision. One of her eyes already had macular degeneration with very low vision so this was her good eye that she was able to depend on for everything. First surgery, retina failed to attach and she called after some issues started happening within a week or two after the initial surgery and next day appointment. Her concerns were basically ignored and was left with the original appointment that was already made, even though parts of her sight were dark/black unable to see. Next appointment comes and she's told she needs another emergency surgery (failed to get her in sooner after she mentioned the issues that were happening weeks prior.) Now more of her retina was cut again and oil was put in her eye instead of the gas. The oil was also left in much longer than it should have been and in between having oil and needles in the eye, my mom is still left unable to see, drive or do any daily activities like she could 10/11 months ago. She was supposed to have all the oil removed in the third procedure but oil was still left in her eye, ridiculous. She mentioned that in her last appointment and all she was told was if it bothers you we can go back inside (a fourth surgery, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?) Why wasn't it done right the first time? All of the oil was supposed to be removed and why would someone mention an issue if it didn't bother them? Makes no sense. I don't know what is going on with this place but is anyone qualified? Is Dr. Jordan Cheskes even qualified to perform these surgeries and procedures? My mom is left with large bubbles floating around her eye with already blurred vision plus her other eye that has macular degeneration. She's depressed and unable to get basic tasks done. Can't drive, can't email, can't read, can't watch tv, can't do grocery shopping alone. Something really needs to be done. This is unacceptable on so many levels.
