Doctors are great. Duration of apppintmemt is pretty good (1 - 1.5 hrs), but I give myself about 2hrs for any appointment. Staff was friendly. If you treat people nice then you get the same treatment. If you give attitude then you get attitude back.

I've been coming to this Eye Clinic for a few years now and so far, my experience has always been good. They are located on the 2nd floor, Unit #203. The inside waiting room is nice, if you have an appointment you usually don't have to wait too long. Parking is a bit annoying, because you need to get a parking pass from the Security Desk and put it in your dashboard.

These idiots only care for money and can't spend a single second trying to actually do something right for the customer. I went for an eye test (done by Dr. Labib) and purchased glasses. The glasses I got weren't working for me so I came back and they attempted to fix it saying that the issue was positioning of the lens or something like that and Dr Labib assured me that the prescription was fine. When I picked it up there was still a problem with the so I decided to get another eye test and doing out the number they gave me was completely off and too high. I came to confront them about it but because of their lack of respect for anyone the closed up early. These people are liars and cheaters and you should NEVER go get anything done from them, you are wayyyy better off going to Costco or Walmart.

The most unprofessional eye specialist and his team. I went there once for my wife and we decided not to go again. However she kept receiving 2 minutes calls from the doctor during Covid so he can continue to earn fee without doing nothing. What a shame of a place.

This place is BAD! My mother was referred here for a possible glucoma in her eyes. We saw Dr. Raafat NI Henen. His eye assistant (black lady) was very disrespectful, showed no empathy or compassion whatsoever, and it appeared that she hated her job to the max. Then comes the doctor himself. Took 3 minutes, didn't even gave us any time for questions after waiting for an hour, and rushed us out. Overall, a very dis-satisfactory experience. In this country where becoming a medical doctor/assistant is so competitive and considered a privilege, I don't understand why the care sucks so bad!

Saw Dr.Henen cause I was seeing floaters in both eyes n left eye couldn't see well plus bright lights hurts the eye. Because I didn't have insurance n was referred by my family doctor, Dr.Henen did a 5min check and said "the gel in the eye has become more liquidy n that's the only reason as of age", I'm 58yrs old. I asked if he was going to check the eye to see if I need to get new glasses since i can't see properly, maybe prescription on eye might have gone up. He said it will be $50 n i told him ok. So I then saw Dr.Labib who checked n said I have cataract. When I questioned him why Dr.Henen did not inform me of that, Dr.Labib got a bit upset n mumbled something. He told me to come back in 6months n told me to pay $50 for the exam. Will never even sent anyone here. Staff not professional n doctors all about money!!!

i have been going to R&N for a few years now, before the reception was really rude and had no patience. I had the pleasure of meeting Florence what a breath of fresh air, she is what a Medical receptionist should be friendly and go above to make you feel comfortable I recommend R&N not all Receptionist is the same.

This eye centre, staff and doctors always go above and beyond to give the best care for their patients. The specialist seems in a rush sometimes because of all the other commitment he has, but will make sure that your eyes are in great condition and nothing to worry. Not all patients have the same diagnosis so they must understand that the level of treatment and care are different for each individual. Hence, the long queue. There are just rude patients that always expect a VIP Treatment and always inconsiderate in terms of waiting times and following the rules. People, There is a pandemic! You must understand that everything works different now because of all the extra measures. If you cant respect the clinic’s rules, then find another doctor that will suit your standards.

This place is one if the worst eye clinic I have ever been to. From the receptionist to the doctor , the service is piss poor. When I called to book an appointment the receptionist was very rude,impatient and didn't want to listen to my question. She had a guyenese accent. I still don't know why she is still keeping hold off that job. Now, about the doctor, he finished my eye check-up within 15 mins. Didn't even ask me any questions or allowed me to ask anything as he was in such a rush. Finally when I got my glasses I was not able to see properly and the prescription that he gave me was entirely wrong. All this clinic care about is getting that 75$ from the patients pocket and nothing else. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, such a horrible experience I had with the entire service.

I recently visited this eye clinic and Doctor LABIB a very RUDE and ARROGANT individual happened to be my optometrist who examined my eyes. I have never in my life met an optometrist as rude as him. First of all, he was in such a rush to just finish the eye exam and told me to come back for results as he did not have time. I understand that our visits are covered but that does not mean that we should be treated poorly and keep having to come back and forth to pay a visit to his clinic. He was so arrogant and kept getting frustrated with me when I had questions. He did not even bother explaining to me what further actions I should be taking nor answering any of my questions with respect. This kind of attitude is just absurd and not necessary for a licenced professional and is not what a patient expects when they walk into a clinic. I did not have a good experience at this clinic and will not be returning.

I met doctor Henen Raafat for eye pain and floaters. No concern for patients problem, just came in and out after waiting for 2 hours. Examined my eyes for 3-4 mins and no questions asked as he rushed out to the next patient. Hope doctor develops some skills to make patients understand, instead of rushing them. good luck

Such a rude customer service. Since I misplaced my eye prescription I asked whether I can get another copy. Told abruptly that it will cost $20 and disconnected as if we are begging to them. I was a regular client and this behaviour I am going to change my doctor to another one. Don't think you are the only one in the city. This attitude will take you to downfalll

Generally when I see them on a yearly basis. They put drops in my eyes and really look and do the eye reading test. This time I only did the field test. I felt like I was rushed and was not given the full treatment that was needed. Rushed and dismissed. I felt too intimidated to ask why no drops were put in my eyes to really look at them.

I visited this place recently and noted the receptionist who has a birthmark mark on her hand is very rude toward patients. The management should address and correct this issue immediately. People do not visit a doctor for fun and they should be treated with dignity, Specially I observed that seniors are targeted the most, by this rude lady. Also, management should know they are no place for this type of rude behavior in a civilized society.
