My wife and I picked up our glasses today and we are very happy with this clinic. Dr. Arun and Maila are amazing! Dr. Arun is a detail oriented, very thorough doctor who explains everything in great detail. We clearly felt that she actually cared about our eye health. Maila is very courteous with an excellent professional demeanor. They are both on top of things and we would definitely recommend Midland Eyecare. Exception service. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want - literally, way way way more than they should. Dr. Arun is very good at thoroughly explaining everything and will do everything to help you. Maila at the front desk ... It's ridiculous how much she did to help us out, can't express how thankful I am. All in all, if there was 10 starts, i'd give 10.

The ladies who work in the front are also very patient and helpful especially when I was picking out my first pair of glasses. I booked an appointment last week after finding this place on Google. I mainly came here for the good reviews and I was not dissapointed and to update my prescription. The receptionist is incredibly friendly & kind, on the phone & in person. She guided me and assisted the Dr to do the first tests which was great! They worked like a team. Gave me all the info I needed and it just flowed. I had my appointment yesterday at 11:30am and finished in a total of 40 mins. The Dr was very kind and straight forward. She let me know some good facts and although appointments are somewhat tight, she go through all she needed to discuss with me. I'm grateful for the people I met here yesterday. Referring people. Update: they also did ask the covid questions, check your temperature, ask you to wash your hands for the safety of all staff and others around... everything is sanitized & wiped down for safety (to those who want to make sure) the place is CLEAN.

Went there for the first time for an eye check up and got a new pai of glasses! I compared the price with few other places, the price is here just few bucks more than other place but there package has the whole eye checkup and i loved their customer service and they were polite and very thorough with their service. I went in for my first ever eye exam. They answered all my questions and walked me through everything. The eye exam was extremely through and quite cool. Ended up I needed glasses. I received my glasses in about a week. They made sure everything fit perfectly. I even came back a few days later because I had some questions I wasnt sure about. The staff is amazing and takes the time needed to answer any questions you have. They are extremely friendly. I ended up coming back with my kids and getting them exams also. I'll for sure be letting family and friends know about this place and it's amazing staff.

I feel very lucky to have found this clinic by chance from a pamphlet at school. Dr. Subadra Arunagirinathan was very warm and caring. I liked that she took the time to explain the results of my eye exam and answer my questions patiently. Malia was also a pleasure to deal with. I had some confusion about insurance and rebates and both Malia and Dr. Arunagirinathan put in a lot of effort to make sure I walked out resolved. I felt that they wanted the best for me as a patient. I don't think their prices for eye exams or contacts are high, but I would still come back if they were.

Dr Arunagirinathan is the best!!! My daughter realized she could not see out of her left eye and was referred to Dr. Arun. Turned out she needed surgery to save her eyesight. We had been going to another optometrist for years. Dr Arun, along with the surgeons, was able to save my daughters vision. She wants to be a doctor!! With Dr. Arun's continuing care that dream remains a possibility....she starts Med school in January. Needless to say my entire family now SEES Dr. Arun. Forever grateful!!

My family doctor referred me to this eye doctor, and she's so nice I cannot believe how good this check up was! she told me things about my eyesight in detail she is so calm and she takes all her time out just for you! out of ALL the eye doctors. I am so lucky i found her! overall she is my favorite Optometrist. Even my kids are now going there. it makes me so happy to see her get along with them and she takes care of them so nice and easily! I went to Midland Eyecare almost on a whim; i saw their buisness card on my doctors desk, since i needed a new prescription anyway, i asked for a referral. At first i just wanted to get a prescription so i could buy glasses online. The place was clean and tidy, and all the technology they had to check vision was surprisingly up to date--well beyond my expectations--i was actually surprised. They tested my vision like i was a high-performance athlete. I've never had such a comprehensive eye-exam before. After all the tests, we (Me, the Doctor--when she wasn't busy, and her Assistant) spent over an hour trying to find a comfortable pair of glasses i could wear everyday; in my price range; that looked good on me. I just have a hard time deciding things. They also made sure i didn't pay extra for coatings i didn't need. When i wen't back to pick up my glasses, they adjusted them for me and encouraged me to come back if i needed anything more. Two weeks after that they called me to make sure i was comfortable with my new glasses. The difference between fastfood and Gourmet food is the quality of the experience. This was a Five Star experience for me. 100% Recommended. I'll never buy glasses online again, because of this experience.

Visited this clinic first time to get my eye glasses and the help I received from the front desk (Maila) was really great. At some point doctor also came and helped me to figure out my concerns. Later visited Doctor for an emergency appointment and I loved the services. Doctor explained everything clearly to me and answered all of my questions with extreme care. I'd highly recommend this clinic for eye care!

The office is clean and comfortable, and all safety precautions were taken. They also have great prescription glasses with brand names at reasonable price. They will explain the cost in detail up front and submit claims through your insurance. Would highly recommend them.
