Went to Dr. Lorenz for an eye exam, and I thought he was great! Very professional, patient, and seems knowledgeable. Also agree with the rest that he doesn't seem to be a salesmen looking to sell glasses. The receptionist, Carl, was also awesome!

Dr.Lorenz and his team provided excellent customer service while maintaining strict covid protocols. I felt welcomed and obtained a very thorough review of my eye exam results. They are able to get you in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and will be returning for future visits.

Our family have been patients of Dr. Lorenz for many years. I am completely impressed by the thoroughness of the examination performed by Dr. Lorenz each time we visit. Last year he detected an "issue" re my eyes (with no outward symptoms) and referred me to a specialist for further treatment. In 2019 he determined a serious condition in my son's eyes (again, found early enough that no symptoms had yet shown) which will require specialized "surgery". We are lucky to have Dr. Lorenz as our optometrist.

If you wish to discard money, then I would recommend this place. There's a specific doctor who will always prescribe bifocals regardless of your vision. I'm not sure what his commission is, but obviously he's getting one.

My family has gone to Dr Lorenz for 25+ years. He is very thorough but to the point. He does tend to talk a bit fast but always asks if you have any questions and will explain again or in further detail. I do think they should be up front about the fees for the additional tests. Some people might feel obligated to do the tests. They are worthwhile. He charges a fee to use a credit card which is not right. I know it all adds up on the clinic's expenses but I do not know of any other doctor or business that does that. If you have the other tests they should provide a proper pillow to sit on if you cannot reach and not use a book which is not comfortable at all. Reception staff always friendly. Fairly easy to get a convenient appt with him. Highly recommend him. Revised Oct 10, 2019 - advised they now have a pillow for their testing room and no longer charge a fee for credit card use. Called to get a consultation on what is a pretty serious case. Motor vehicle accident damages to the eye. guy on the phone said they don't do meet and greets or consultations... so its ok to spend money here without getting to meet the doctor and actually see if he will be able to handle such a case. what a joke, didn't even give me the time of day.

I have had glasses since I was six years old. This was my first time at this location. My wife and I got out eyes examined. Both the receptionists were great, Dr. Soluri was wonderful. They were all so friendly that I have to say this was my best experience ever.

Thank you to Dr. Joe for a great eye exam. He was on time and answered all my questions, even giving me extra information I didn't ask for, which I appreciate. Very approachable. I didn't feel rushed and he disinfected the machinery where I had to rest my face.

I was a volunteer at Dr. Lorenz's office for a year and he is one of the best optometrists I have worked with. Dr. Lorenz is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time with each patient and answers all their questions. His patients trust and seek his advice, even after consultations with other specialists. I definitely recommend Dr. Lorenz as an optometrist!

I had such a great experience at this eye clinic. The staff is extremely nice and the office is well maintained and clean. I went for an eye exam for myself and my 2 kids.
