I had my first appointment today at Sault Clinic with Dr. Merchand. This has been the best optometry experience I have ever had and I've been wearing glasses for 20 years. Dr. Merchand was very thorough and answered any and all questions that I had. Plus, he was a preferred provider for my insurance which made it SUPER affordable! My husband is already planning his trip to Dr. Merchand's office.

I have been visiting Sault Vision Clinic since 1974. Dr. Brindley was my optometrist until my sister married Dr. Lozen, who partnered up with Dr. Brindley. . Now, several years later Dr. Lozen has moved on and I am unable to see him anymore. Dr. Brindley has excepted me back and my experience at that office was as inviting as when I was there as as teenager. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this optometrist office. ????

The ladies in the office are very friendly but unfortunately my experience with Dr. Merchand was not. He was very condenscending and unwilling to help me get the contacts I needed after my paid for exam so I had to go to another Doctor and pay for another exam. It's unfortunate to come across Doctors that are not willing to listen to your needs and work with you.
