Batman !!!
Will not fix prescriptions on glasses and will not send out prescriptions to other offices after they cant help you. Horrible service and rude. Prescriptions are the patients property not the clinics.

Very good professional customer service! Whenever I need my frames adjusted they do it right away on walk-in basis at no charge (because I bought my frames from there). Prices are totally in line with any where else and if you're comparing to the cheap 2 for 1 places in the city then you're comparing apples to grapes because the quality here is 10x better. Been a client here since soon after they opened and won't change!

Horrible unprofessional staff, don't know answers to most of the basic questions. Cost of frames and/or lenses way steeper than the average market price. A rip off place to go, stay away from these guys, small town mentality. You can find much better optometrist or eye care services in Saskatoon.
