Very convenient. Was able to make a booking online which was great. Got a Covid check call. Everything was quick and they've got a pretty decent collection. I would recommend.

I was there in less than 20 mins for a regular eye check and was charged $139. I asked why it was sooooooo expensive compared to others eye care clinic, and was told because of the cutting edge machine used. Maybe they are right but definitely not recommended to someone for a regular eye check. So fricking pricy...

Couldn't be much happier with the service and care I received from Stonebridge EyeCare. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wait times were minimal so I got in to the examining room quickly once I arrived. Dr Witzel was upbeat, positive, thorough, and extremely helpful . I felt like I was on a sporting team with the constant and encouraging words "yes", "yeah", "excellent", "great" each time I answered the "1 or 2" questions as the lenses fliped. It was quite fun (as far as going for an eye checkup goes - I'm 55 years old). In the end, I did need eye surgery. Dr Witzel answered all my endless questions and provided me with excellent pre and then post surgery followup. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience for my girls! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. There was very little wait time. They followed all of the proper Covid protocols which made us feel safe and relaxed. Glasses are new to us and they did a great job of explaining everything so we understood really well and they were great at answering our questions. A wonderful experience overall.

I have been seeing Dr. Feltis for about 5 years now. He is professional, educated and informative. He takes the time to ask the right questions and genuinely cares about his patients and their needs. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile to help someone in need. During my exam, someone cleaned, tightened and replaced the nose pads on my glasses. They were brand new again! I recommend this team to everyone!

The doctor and the clinic would not give you your PD distance and I had to call them asking why PD distance doesn't show on the prescription. To my surprise, the person answered that PD distance is given only if you buy glasses with them.

I would not recommend, they made me wait three weeks for my glasses and once hey got there they were falling off my face. The girl “tightened them” twice and they’re now bent and crooked. Not only was the women who helped me pushy, but she was supposed to order a smaller size frame for my face and the wait was for the smaller size. Like I said their falling off my face.

This place is a total disappointment!!! If there is a zero star I’ll choose that. I was very excited to try this place as I was in need of my annual contact lenses supply. They charged 135 plus tax just for an eye check waaayyy more than any other eye care do. During my eye check I made it clear to my doctor that I am down to one month supply of my contact lenses. I was told it shouldn’t be a problem. They made me wait for a MONTH for my contact lenses just to find out the order was not placed by them. Tried to reach out to the manager but was told the manager was not around and at their other store. I was given the contact number of the other store and spoken to S. she said that the manager is not there and she doesn’t know when he will be back as they have more than one store. You seriously operate a business without a Manager or even supervisor around!?!! Anyways manager called back just a minute after using the same phone number. Just to tell me that they dropped the ball and people make mistakes but atleast they did not make an excuse that it was the suppliers fault! Are you kidding me??!!! First that was unnecessary to say to your costumer especially after making them wait for a month, and second I do not think it’s a professional thing to say after all. He was very sarcastic and made me feel unheard and he just want me to listen to him instead and accept the fact that they forgotten my order and just wait for them to order it again. Without giving me assurance! They asked me to come back to get my prescription and when I get there the prescription was wrong and eye doctor had to make some adjustment. I set an appointment to meet the manager in person but he never did showed up! Do not waste your hard earned money and precious time here! They do not care for you!!!! I wish I have asked my friends experience first as when I told my colleague about this she told me to never go there as they also made them wait for 3 weeks to get her sons eye glasses. AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

I've dealt at Stonebridge Optical for years and bought my latest pair of glasses about a year and a half ago. I noticed some weird spots appearing on the lenses recently that wouldn't clean off. I almost always wear my glasses so I don't think I had caused this. Anyway, I went back to the store just to inquire, thinking that they probably had a year warranty that would now have expired. They replaced my lenses for me at no charge...and they did it happily. I appreciate this kind of service so much. I know you can probably save money on glasses at some places but this kind of service is worth a lot. Thanks everyone at Stonebridge Optical!

Had an extremely bad experience with Stonebridge EyeCare. They manufactured completely wrong prescription lenses for my daughter's glasses and my daughter suffered almost six months before taking her back to the optometrist again due to constant complains. The optometrist was surprised by the wrong prescription lenses and when we went back to SE, they admitted that the wrong lenses were manufactured and agreed to make new lenses. My advise to you is to double check if they have produced the correct lenses by taking your prescription with you when you pick up your glasses.
