Dr Sharma spend the time to look and then explain what he sees. The staff are very professional and accommodating. Would send anyone I know there to get an opinion ans see for themselves the quality of care.

Great location. Right at the heart of downtown Saskatoon CIBC building. Beautifully decorated inside. The technicians are great and so is the optometrist there. Dr. Sharma spends like a minute with patients. But that's only if there's no issue. If u have anything problematic, he will spend time and discuss in details. Also, in Saskatoon, he is the one who performs LASIC.

Dr. Sharma and his whole team are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I had my 1st visit in October 2020 to determine the condition of my cataracts. During that appointment very detailed and comprehensive scans and tests of my eyes were done on 13 different cameras or devices. At that time all the options were discussed with me as well as Dr. Sharma identified bumps and irregular surface of the cornea of both eyes. This made it impossible to get correct measurements for my eyes and would limit the ability to get full correction of my eyesight. Dr. Sharma explained that he could perform corneal scraping to remove the epithelial layer of both corneas, and that it would grow back smooth within one week. He explained that there would be significant discomfort for 2 days after surgery. The surgery was very simple and painless using local anesthetic. It was very uncomfortable, mainly itchy and some pain for 2 days. I saw my local Dr. on the 3rd day and he indicated that it was largely grown back, and by the end of the week both corneal epithelium were completely grown back smooth. I had to wait for a period of time before getting the cataract surgery, partly due to covid19, and also to be sure my eyes were totally healed with no complications. I had my cataract surgery done with each eye done 3 weeks apart. I was surprised how smooth and totally painless the surgery was. My 1st eye was done by Dr. Sharma, and the 2nd by a resident Dr. Jason ?. The 2nd took a little more time due to the cataract being more advanced. The day after the surgery I could see clearly for a distance of about a mile, all the way down main street! I was also able to safely drive at this point without glasses. During the 3 weeks waiting for the 2nd eye surgery, it was not comfortable to read, I had bought dollar store reading glasses, but it was not really feasible to read for any period of time. I could watch movies though without glasses with no problem. I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes and am seeing the Dr. next week to get reading glasses. I can see my desktop computer without glasses, but the laptop will need glasses and also for reading my phone and books. I am in good health and not on any meds, and have had no pain or subsequent problems or issues. Dr. Sharma's team did an excellent job, and I was impressed with their ability to handle many patients while giving an excellent result. Thank you Dr. Sharma & Team!

Friendly, efficient staff. I had my appointment to get my eyes checked for cataracts. I had all of my tests and saw Doctor Sharma within an hour. Doctor Sharma is a very personable person and he answered all of my questions. I chose to have both of my eyes done and had no problems. The surgery took 10 minutes for each eye and I walked out being able to see. I had to wear the plastic guards for 24 hours and then could return to normal activities.

Dr Sharma really values his paitents and will go beyond his obligations to assist his patients with any of their needs. Staff was good, but waited 2 hours to see him. Did answer my questions but was not overly helpful.
