Nice staff but $188 seems excessive for a basic eye and contact exam. would have been nice to have a bit more transparency on if there was additional testing done outside of a basic check up and exam...as the receipt doesn’t have any breakdown on it. probably won’t go back, as the last full exam I had wasn’t more than $90-100.

I had an eye checkup with a young male Doctor, I believe it was Dr. Feltis? He was fantastic. Unlike eye doctors at other eye clinics I've been to, he showed me all the scans of my eyes and actually explained them to me instead of saying "your eyes are fine" and sending me on my way. He explained how the blood vessels in my eyes were healthy, and explained some basic anatomy of the eye when I had some questions, in ways that I could understand. No one has ever treated me with such respect (this could be that in the past I was a teenager and those Drs didn't think I could understand anything but who knows). I got laser eye surgery a few years ago and thus my eyes can get dry sometimes and he recommended a good eyedrop for me. I will 100% be going back to see this doctor in the future!!

I am really glad I have an opportunity to give you a review. I took my elderly mother in last week & was so impressed with Dr. Sherin & all the staff, how respectful, personable & patient they were. I was so impressed that I made an appointment for myself. I commented to Gina (sp?) how I really appreciated that she explained the procedures to me & would answer my questions because I am a curious person. Dr. Sherin has a wonderful demeanor & appreciated how he could give me ways to prevent eye disease & ways that are natural - exercise, foods to eat, appropriate vitamins. Normally I don't buy glasses at an optometrist's office because the cost is usually higher than other retail outlets. Because I was so impressed with ALL of the staff, I made the decision to get my eyeglasses there simply because everyone was so wonderful to deal with. To me, that is worth paying extra. I can honestly say I have never has so much fun picking out glasses! Denise was a lot of fun & very knowledgeable. And, I was extremely impressed with the price for 3 pair of glasses that I ordered. As it turned out, I don't think I could've gotten a better price at any other retail outlet. Your location is optimum - no fighting to find parking spots or having to worry about paid parking. The building is very clean & nice, easy to find & get to. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience!

Wow!! I have been to multiple Eyecare places before, but THIS one is my absolute favorite!! They are kind, caring, knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Warren Toews was my eye doctor there, and was extremely helpful in answering questions & explaining things in a way that I actually understood. He was so patient, and kind too when I brought my now 3 year old son in to get his eyes checked as well. Pinehouse has a huge selection of glasses and sunglasses to choose from, and they even have friendly staff to help you choose the right fit for glasses or sunglasses, based on your preferences!! 5 star service from start to finish!! Highly recommend coming here. They do NOT disappoint!!

Dr. Kirkpatrick was wonderful & the optician who fitted myself & daughter for glasses was amazing as well. Knowing this was my daughter's first pair of glasses, she took extra time to allow her to try on multiple pairs until she found ones she loved, even though we were there very close to closing time. Got my first two pairs of lens from this place and recently got a third one about two months ago from these same place even though I am not in Saskatoon. I recently found some scratches all over it and when I called to complaint about it the receptionist told me she could not understand my language.
