Absolutely the best experience to date for my children's eye wear. From the first initial exam, to the follow up fitting, I cannot recall any staff as friendly and inviting then found here at Kennedy Eye Clinic. As cliche as it sounds, my children were welcomed more as family, then they were as clients, speaking highly of their experience on the ride home. That has not honestly ever happened, so I cannot stress just how much thanks I wish to say towards the entire staff, and Dr. Matiko for her care and consideration shown during their exam. The level of care towards going the extra distance, ensuring nothing no aspect was overlooked during the exam, was second to none. These are people who generally love what they do, and show such a high quality of pride in the process. A big shout out to Katie, their frame specialist, who was so methodical in their fitting, that my daughter even commented afterwards, towards how much Katie must really love her job, because of how amazing the frames feel, and how well she can see afterwards. Unlike other clinics which rush the fit, and push you out the door. The care and consideration for just a few extra minutes towards the fitting, truly made the difference towards gaining a new lifetime customer. The additional gift bag they were sent home with, was honestly a huge reinstatement of pride towards your store. It made for an experience unlike any other, raising the bar for others to follow. I wish to thank the whole team at Kennedy Eye Clinic for such great service, as you gained two new lifetime customers, and a third when it's time for new sunglasses, :)

Amazing service! I was able to get in for an appointment very quickly, and from the moment I walked in to the clinic (which is beautiful by the way) I was greeted warmly and enthusiastically. The exams were thorough and they explained everything to me along the way. Dr. Kennedy was very knowledgeable and personable and made the experience very enjoyable! There is also a large array amount of frames to pick from, and they are very helpful in telling you which ones suit you and which ones don't. I will continue to recommend this place to anyone!

If anyone has really dry eyes I recommend the dry eye clinic at Kennedy Eye Clinic. My eyes were so extremely dry that I came home with painful eyes daily. I would have to take Advil, multiple drops and use hot compresses to try manage my symptoms. Dr Kennedy suggested I try the radio frequency treatments. I am so thankful for trying this as my eyes have improved drastically. After a few treatments I began to have relief. For me the treatments are warm and relaxing. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and were able to answer all my questions.

Recently made the switch over to Kennedy Eye Clinic based on the recommendation of a friend and am very happy with my decision. I’ve bounced around a number of optometry offices over the years but was never feeling quite satisfied with the experience, and always felt pressured into buying their products. Dr. Kennedy was very professional and provided extra patient education, something that I’ve found most other optometrists are lacking. When I told her I wasn’t interested in contact lenses, she didn’t push them on me!! (Every other clinic always has despite my absolute insistence that I don’t want them). I was treated like a valued patient and not just another number. My frame stylist, Katie, is a real gem in the optical world. Admittedly, I always dread shopping for new glasses, but she helped me navigate their wide selection of frames with confidence. She took into account my style preferences, my budget, and what actually suited my face, providing her own opinions only when asked for. Most importantly, she was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and made sure I left feeling satisfied with my choices (and without pressure). I found 2 frames that I love, both of which suit my face very well. 5 star experience, I would highly recommend Kennedy Eye Clinic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
