Excellent customer service. They began using a new ordering system, so my contacts came in a month after ordering them; however, they provided me with two extra sets of contacts and kept me in the loop the entire time. Would recommend this place.

A very professional team! I went to see Dr Robbyn for my regular eye exam. She gave sufficient time to explained everything very clearly about my problem. She refereed my to a specialist and phoned me before and after referral to a specialist to followup the situation. If you need to see an optometrist, I highly recommend her! I also bought 3 prescription glasses from their frame gallery in the past 2 years and their customer service is phenomenal.

Poor customer service. Had a defective pair of safety glasses fall apart and because it was a month past it's warranty they would do nothing. They are even aware of the poor quality of these glasses yet they sell them anyways.

Best customer service I've had in a long time. From the first few minutes from walking in, till the end, everyone was very friendly. The receptionists were helpful and kind, the people taking my eye pressure were very patient (even when I kept having to redo it because I was blinking) and the optometrist was so nice. Also, when looking for a frame for my glasses, the lady was very helpful and was very patient while she found me the right frame.

The Family Focus Eyecare team are wonderful to deal with . The clinic is beautiful, the front desk staff are welcoming and friendly, the DR's and other team members are knowledgeable and they are great with children too! Definitely the best optometrists in Saskatoon!

Dr. Devan Trischuk is such a wonderful professional, and has an excellent calming personality which is perfect for an optometrist. I have always had a great experience with the staff at this facility as well, they are welcoming and friendly and seem as though they're always willing to listen. Very large selection of glasses as well! I have referred my nephew and sister to Dr. Trischuk and heard great things from them as well!

Terrific staff have looked after our entire family for a decade. So sorry to say goodbye when we moved away. I can't imagine that we'll be able to find a one-stop full care eyecare centre with such friendly, skilled staff in our new city. P.S. Enquire about the AOK contact lenses that correct vision while you sleep, so you don't have to wear any lenses during the day. They've been a perfect solution for our daughter.

Bought glasses here and they do a fairly good job with warranty replacement, however, when I picked up the frames, I was told if they are to tight etc. “Just come back and we will adjust them” I called because they want you to call prior, the gal said I couldn’t get in until 3 days from now! I explained they are cutting in so bad that sores are starting to form(in less than 24 hours) I was told that’s when they are booking... I am not recommending purchasing products here.

Have been going here for over a decade, they always provide a quality, friendly service. Recently moved from Saskatoon and was in need of contact lenses, but with my eye exam being out of date I was in a bit of a jam. Having office hours on a Saturday helped me greatly. Every doctor I've seen there has been top notch, and every staff member who has helped me pick out glasses has had an extreme amount of patience (thank you!), just an excellent experience overall.

What can one say. Three exams, three different prescriptions, 7 trips back to get adjustments, and still did not have a pair of glasses after 3 months. Finally got my money back and went to another optometrist, that got it right the first time and was $250.00 cheaper as well. During the entire 3 months that I had issues, not once did they attempt to reach out and see how I was doing with my glasses.

My family has been clients at Family Focus for over a decade and even though I no longer live in Saskatoon, I still make the 3.5 hour trip to continue with the same optomotrist. The entire staff is kind and caring, and go out of their way to accommodate while remaining totoally professional. I would highly recommend Family Focus eye care for the entire family.

Beautiful space, friendly staff but everyone just tells you what you want to hear. THIS WAS THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER .... My son was quoted 7 - 10 days for frames and only ordered the frames because he had to leave for school in 14 days. It took 8 weeks. My wife's frames ... quoted 7 - 10 days ... then updated to 6 weeks ... Its now 9 weeks and still waiting. Nobody knows anything. My wife was given trial contact lenses .... after calling the office to complain about feeling off while wearing the new trial lenses she was told she would get used to it. Three days later she realized that they had given her the wrong prescription.
