I haven't been there, but I'm feeling ill the night before my appointment which is at 9:30am but they don't answer phones til 9am even though they open at 8:30am.... There's no way to leave a message if you call after hours and there's no site I can find where I can leave a message or email... So now I'm stressing out when I should actually be resting up because I don't want to phone at 9am and have them tell me I still have to go in cuz it's late notice or I'm gonna get billed something. Be more accessible to patients please. Especially in times like this!

Dropped my mom of at 8:45 for a 9:00 appointment. The Karen's that run the front of the office pushed another Karen in front of my mom and it took over 2 hours for an at worst 45 min appointment. Disorganized and proud of it I guess. Doc was good but good lord they need some new front end staff.
